However, after carefully checking your order details, I need to clarify an important point: your purchase was made with Chrono Canada (chronocanada.com), not with Chrono Custom (chrono-custom.com).

These are two completely separate companies, and unfortunately there seems to have been a confusion between the two brands.

As a result, we do not have access to your order, nor the ability to assist with its fulfillment or shipping. I strongly recommend that you contact Chrono Canada directly so they can properly address your situation and provide a resolution.

I understand your frustration given the delays and lack of follow-up you’ve described — but it’s important that your feedback is directed to the correct business to ensure you get the help you need.

amazing custom casio watches. As soon as i have some more money available I will get another one. Very professional service, specially important with a giid like this that involves rebuilding an existing watch and changing it. Very satisfied!

Exceptional craftsmanship

This was my first real luxury watch, and it definitely did not fall short of expectations. The coloration on it is beautiful, and its durability doesn't lack behind either. All in all, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend to anyone who wants a new wear.
