They used to not be as good but now they're much better definitely recommend i have a high tolerance and a Zaza brownies in the cookie Edibles they sell are extremely potent well worth it for like 12 bucks

Incredible customer service. I had issues with online ordering and Stephanie, the head of customer service got in touch by phone and text messages the next day. My problem was a technical issue with check out. Every person I dealt with (through online text exchange, phone, and in person at my local store) was sympathetic, apologetic, and did their best to solve the problem. Stephanie had actually researched my issue before she even called. Professionalism combined with problem solving and a commitment to customer happiness that exceeded all expectations. I believe that if you encounter any problem, this company will do their utmost to address it.

Absolutely terrible I cancelled my order ahead on the same day it was placed my request was ignored and they shipped it anyway regardless of me not wanting them to mail it forcing me to go through the inconvenience of having to go to the post office all over again causing me to lose $54 and have the nerve to tell me to "simply reject the package" that's not how the post office works here they leave it in the mailbox or I have to go down to the post office I don't just tell my mailman I don't want mail left there and I don't have a vehicle to be going to the damn USPS office when I specifically told chronic guru AHEAD on the same day not to mail your fake weed cus they advertise as if it's real only to leave a note inside the box claiming it's hemp not weed and is utterly useless and money wasted they neither want to give back the money or admit their mistake and replied back DAYS later after they shipped it claiming that they received the request after it was shipped lying bastards saw the request and just wanted an excuse to keep the money anyway. Product was low quality and absolutely terrible. There are better more reliable services that DONT ignore you and actually sell better stuff never buying from them ever again.

Their customer service is getting bad. Twice in one month now, I've ordered and paid for items, only to receive an email the next day that it was actually out of stock. They ask for a substitute option but NEVER respond. Takes days. Not cool. Their products are great but the customer service and communication need improvement.

Was a costumer for 3-4 months and had an issue with an order and it was cancelled, they reached out to me saying my refund would take 10-14 business days depending on my bank, it's now been 3 months and still NO sign of my refund, this will now be my 4th time reaching out to them asking for my refund and each time they never respond and after like a week when they FINALLY decide to respond they repeat the same thing that "they will send it to their accounting team and that my money should be refunded very soon" and STILL nothing, complete shit, they will ignore you then lead you on for nothing wasting your time. Waste of time and money that I can't get back now

I spent three months asking for a refund after my package was never delivered, and after three months of saying they'll get back to me they sent me a fraudulent receipt and closed my conversation. Do not order from Chronic Guru.

For starters, they’re a legit company that ships to almost all 50 states in the U.S. It’s legal, reliable, and almost indistinguishable from the real deal. I’ve been shopping with them for awhile now and I can confidently say that their products are worth the price. From the flower to the edibles and disposable devices, they’re great quality. Shipping IS fast too btw. Even if you do standard it’ll come within 2-5 business days, and that $15 rush shipping doesn’t lie, got my package within 2 days of ordering (and thank goodness because the shop in my town was closed for holidays! lol) but overall, they’re the sh!t in my opinion, would gladly recommend to any other stone man lmao.

the website uses fake banners and lies about stock to promote urgency they don't deliver quickly and there prices are absurdly high compared to even a dispensary in my area.

i did an order , and i canceled it, because it was a mistake, max 10 min after i realised that, the order status is cancelled but no mails no refund options, i contact the assistsnce ,, probably a robot ,,keeps telling me someone will contact and i have right to cpmplain and still nothings happens,

I have tried three different cards, called the bank as the rep advised always an issue. these guys are fake, there is always a CVV issue. Honestly I just got tired of trying and calling and trying and calling. DONE with these people.

This company is a rip off, you have been warned, I order the flower THC and the little package they sent with the flower was fulled with tiny pieces of debris that didn't burn and a small package supposedly to keep it moist, all to full the small package up

I've been a customer for 2 years. The website is TRASH!!! The last 3 times I tried to make a purchase, it tells me my security code is incorrect??? Which is NOT correct!!! So I tried again, same 💩!!! Contacted them, OH, we sorry you having problems with your payment method!!!! If I'm having problems with the website, others are to!!! I'M TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERES!!!! I'm a satisfied customer of 3 months. Like most people, I thought this may be a scam. But I've gotten very good highs from their products. It might have been a bait and switch with Modified Grape, 'cause I can't seem to get it anymore. But Rose Gold is very good as well as OreoZ. Don't be greedy. Take two or three hits and put it down. Give it a chance to work. If you're in a state where pot is not legal and you have to go through black market dealers, you can't go wrong with Chronic Guru.
