Fantastic estate agent patrick
Patrick Kotecha from Christopher Rawlinson & Co is an excellent agent and transacted our house purchase extremely well! From start to finish he was very knowledgeable and supportive, right to the point where he managed to meet our requirements for prospective tenants that would rent the property. He continues to assist in queries till date for tenancy and we are delighted with his level of dedication and care and will continue to recommend him to friends and families. He has made an otherwise stressful situation so much easier for us! Well done!

Very impressed so far with the professionalism and friendliness of Christopher Rawlinson.
As a tenant repairs and needs of the property have been completed and dealt with very swiftly. I would highly recommend. Jayne in particular has been most helpful.

Christopher Rawlinson review
Initially there weren’t that many viewers but this may have had something to do with the lockdown.
Simon And Jayne were amazing. Simon quickly found a new buyer who is now enjoying my old home. Simon is a great character and fun to talk to.
Jayne is a blessing once the sale has been made, she was very responsive which was very much appreciated. I always felt looked after.

Having changed agents I have found Jayne and her team to be competent, attentive and 100% efficient. They always go the extra mile to resolve any issues and I have been impressed by their understanding of the market and it’s potential clients. Always polite and professional my dealings with them have been truly a pleasure. What’s not to like??? Well done Christopher Rawlinson on an excellent service.

A word of appreciation
Despite the Corona pandemic and lock down, Christopher Rawlinson team managed to sell my property without any hassle. The process from start to finish was trouble free and very professional. Rawlinson not only reliable and trustworthy but also savvy with the Wembley area and has a long experience. They are also and always up to date with the property regulations and market dynamics. As an overseas client, I had a great value for money. In essence I had pointed and timely correspondence achieving speedy sale despite a few challenges on my part. Not only I used them before but will rely on them in future.
