Absolutely Abysmal.
Appalling communication and support. Been without heating for the last 2 months, still haven't been able to establish who are bills are with. Flat was in an awful condition when we moved in with a sketchy, incomplete inventory that would have no doubt left us with deductions in our deposit. Countless issues.
We've now just discovered after more than 2 months that our mail is delivered to a locked box upstairs, not through the letterbox here as one might think (couriers deliver downstairs here) - so we've never been told where the mail is collected from. Worst still, they haven't even given us a key to access our post box and I've tried contacting them more than 4 times over 3 days and still absolutely no reply.
Locks don't work, the flat is full of damp, the maintenance system isn't looked at properly, complaints aren't dealt with, we were mis-sold the conditions under the tenancy - a complete hash from start to finish.
Will never use again.
