Porter and Woodman Gifts Arvostelua 

This is the second year I have ordered our company Christmas Gifts from Porter And Woodman. The service has been superb in all aspects, prompt responses to emails, northing too much trouble. I have had to add to my order several times due to new starters to the company. The delivery last year was punctual and received in good condition. The hampers i ordered were really lovely and extremely good value for money. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to order Christmas gifts. Vicky Parkes in Sales + Marketing is extremely helpful.

Everything went well but you did not keep me updated of when delivery was being made or when it was delivered.

Because I was struggling to make my payment online, I called Christmas Hampers UK and Tom helped me process it over the phone.

All 4 luxury hampers I ordered have arrived on time and our clients were extremely happy for the surprise.

We will definitely use their service again.

There was a problem ordering and the card i wanted to be delivered with the hamper never arrived ... so they didn't know who it came from.

The Hamper was well received and as ordered but was let down by the delivery company (EVRI) delivering a day later than intended/promised.

I personally didn't receive a hamper but the feedback from our employees has all been very positive.
The service and delivery was excellent and I was updated on a regular basis.

Porter & Woodhouse couldn't have been more helpful from day one. From our initial enquiry and concept, they found a bespoke product which suited our company perfectly. Absolutely delighted with the hampers and they took all of the logistical headaches away with over 100 delivery drops. I can highly recommend them and I'll definitely be using them again next year.

I have found the wooden box company very good value , flexible to work with and have a pricing structure which is easy . If you contact them they have non costly variation options. I found an error on their web site and they immediately resolved the issue.

We have used Porter & Woodman hampers now for 2 years, sending out personalised corporate hampers as Christmas gifts to customers and partners. Every year Matthew has been very helpful and accommodating with our orders, turning around requests very quickly. The final product got great feedback from recipients and staff members who were lucky enough to take one home this year!

This is the first time we have used Porter & Woodman Group, as we would normally have a staff Christmas party, but the Covid outbreak put paid to that. Kate and her team were very helpful in providing quotes and examples of what we could have and how the bag and Happy Christmas slip could be branded with our company logo and design. We had 158 hampers being delivered to individual addresses all on the same day. The majority made it but just a handful had to be tracked down or redelivered, however they all arrived before we finished for Christmas. Staff were very surprised and pleased with their hampers and they definitely made up for not being able to get together this year.

The team delivered great customer service despite the volume of orders they were receiving and the lateness of our order. Everything arrived on time and as expected. This is the 3rd year we've used them and we have no doubt we'll be using them again.

As a substitute for the annual Christmas Party, and a thank you gift for all our staff that have continued to work as Key Workers throughout the COVID pandemic, we decided to use Christmas Hampers UK to provide everyone with a Santa Sack with a personalised branded wooden tag. With all the different dietary requirements Matthew Branch rose to the challenge and delivered c. 270 hampers to 4 different locations on time and every single one was received in perfect condition. We have had an overwhelming positive response from the staff – they were bowled over by the amount of goodies in the hamper and the quality of the products. I’m not sure the contents of the sacks will make it to Christmas! Lots of the treats have been consumed already. Would definitely recommend Christmas Hampers UK and we will certainly use them again.
