I absolutely loved my Pilates Reformer training with Rachel. She is so friendly and welcoming, gave clear, excellent instructions, and made the whole experience fun and supportive. I learned so much, made great friends along the way, and felt completely confident in her guidance. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and truly at the top of her game – I highly recommend training with her.

I absolutely loved this course, and as a firm believer of crunchless exercises for your core strength, I found this very inspirational and very informative. I have the most rewarding day with Rachel and the other ladies at the content creation today. I gain so much knowledge on how to manage and improve how I market myself and my business. There was lots of sessions to really put this into practice as well in the most beautiful setting. Mon - Fri Rachel gives us such valuable information on how to build one's brand, increase revenue and has given me my confidence back after being out of the "game" for 4 years due to illness. Just completed the Menofit course training and really enjoyed learning all the information and I'm looking forward to adding it to my business along side Lift Lean

I have just completed the contact days for Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Matt Pilates. The whole experience from booking the qualification to the contact days has been superb!
The communication from Kelly and Rachel was excellent, the materials online are really really good (and I get to access those forever now which is just amazing!) and the contact days have been so well organised and structured and the turn around time for marking of the work I have submitted up to now was less than 24 hours which is just incredible! I can’t wait to complete the full qual now and get teaching!

Very professional but with the friendly and welcoming touch. Rachel has a natural ability to put everyone at ease.
The day was very practical and guidance was clear and I came away with more knowledge and confidence to get out and creating content for my business.
