Will shop here again.
I ordered over a bank holiday and it came so quick still. Great wrapping, anything big and glass is put in a box, then they put that box in another box and then they pack that box full of peanuts.
Glass was 3mm, thick and sturdy. Cost 17.99 despite being a longer one, local shops wanted around 40 for the same style.
Next time a have a breakage I'll buy from here again.

Diff colour to what I ordered wasn't opaque like I ordered and bottom has hole blocked by rubber base and that's it terrible couldn't get stoned from it

Hello, we disappointed to read that you're unhappy with the bong, but we do ask that you specify if you have a preferred colour, otherwise we send a random colour as stated on the description. Checking your order, I can see that you didn't specify a colour. With reference to the quality of the item, we ask that you send any pictures of damages to info@radeurope.com If you can do that we will be more than happy to address the issue, either by repair or replacement, but we do need to see photos first. Replied to my email within an hour and then immediately with the follow up emails. Received my order to Northern Ireland within a few days. Haven't opened it yet keeping it clean until Valentines day LOL
