I placed an order two weeks ago, and there is no information entered yet in the 'Track my Package' site. I inquired in the Dispute the Order link, and have received no response. It has said my order is being prepared for the past two weeks. How long should I expect this to take to be updated, or better yet, for my order to arrive? Is it possible the Tracking function/page is not being managed?

Merchandise was delivered on time, quality was exceptional

I love this sweater it is true to size so it was not as baggie as I wanted but it still looks great and got so many compliments on it when I wear it

Terrible quality for a high priced item. Took a long time to get it. No returns because it's a foreign based company. Beware!!

I am so happy with my sweater and shirt that I ordered! It looks even better in person and the quality is really nice. I also got email updates on my order so I knew when it would be shipped and when to expect it. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shipping took so long. Everything else was great!

The sweaters are great! And fit perfectly!

I ordered 3 items and only received 1 item. Had a tracking number for one package with the one item.
The company stated items were delivered. Contact with postal service and they notied that I should have received more tracking numbers were the other items where not in the same package. Buyer's beware of their online order site.

Placed order on 09/30/2021 haven't received to date. I've received (2) tracking number at different times but the packages never given to the Post Office. So, I'm guessing this company is a fraud!

I love the pattern of the cable jumper-I love textured and fabric that is also a replication but also probably almost hand knitted or made . When I first spotted these items online, I knew I was going to love wearing them ! I got the idea immediately that they might have been made by a very loving grandmother. I like the colour and I am so thrilled with both items that I can’t wait to wear them for various occasions! I like the Daisy pattern on the other cardigan I bought from you. And it is like a very jazzy school cardigan-they are very well made, definitely well designed and since I also have quite angry and reactive skin-when I wear these clothes I am comfortable as well as conscious of a lovely style and care. Thanks also for letting me know on your clothing label, attached, that you provide employees with decent working conditions, and fair wages! This means everything to me! I hope I get the chance to send some pictures of me wearing them, without the “posing “-if this makes sense. I look forward to more purchases as the season changes again! So see you then! Very good experience and didn’t wait long to get my sweaters. I usually wear medium and bought large in both sweaters and am glad I did. They both fit perfectly. Soft too.

All the items I’ve ordered were just as cute as they looked online, and the quality is top notch. I’ve not yet washed anything so I can’t rate on it. Sizing is difficult anytime you shop online, but I think they’re doing a pretty good job and garments are mostly true to size. Definitely a little pricey for a small unknown business, but I’d rather support that anyways. I gave 4 stars because of how long it took to get my order, but that was the only negative. They more than made up for it. Way to go Choliva❤️

This place is a joke! Bought my sweater, but when I got it it wasn’t what I saw on the internet! They are crooks! Don’t order anything from this company! All they want is your money! They have been ignoring me, because I asked how to return the item, for a refund! Nothing!
So now I’m $60 out, and a terrible sweater! This company SUCKS!

The clothes are great ! The shipping wait time is absurd!

I ordered this as a gift for a friend who just returned to school to pursue her Bachelors degree after 30 plus years. She absolutely LOVED it! It suits her personality perfectly.

I loved the quality and fit of the 2 sweaters I purchased. Very pleased with the product.

The dresses were beautiful and such high quality! They were exactly as pictured and true to size—I will definitely order again! It did take about 30 days to receive my order but I was told the same prior to ordering. Worth the wait!
