Antique door hinges

I ordered hinges for our new doors and due to a mix up in the warehouse the hinges were not in stock.
Simon Martin contacted me to tell me the bad news but he had an alternative plan in place should I wish to accept.
The alternative was to supply me with fire rated hinges that were almost twice the cost at no additional charge or to cancel the order and get a refund.
Most businesses would have apologised and refunded the money.
This would have put me in the brown stuff as my doors were being fitted 4 days later.
The hinges arrived on the Saturday morning and look great and do a great job holding my doors up!
Simon went above and beyond for me to ensure that my carpenter had the hinges to hang my 7 doors.
If you ever have a problem with an order, you can trust Choice Handles will not leave you in the lurch.
Thank you Simon for such a great solution to the issue.

Great product great service

Website made it super easy to select the correct replacement lock. Delivery was very quick. I'll shop here again

High quality products

Good selection of high quality products, easy to order. Unfortunately, Royal Mail lost the first delivery, but this was quickly rectified as soon as I raised the issue. Reduced by one star because of delayed delivery.
