I received my order today and everything was included. I have had no correspondence from them though; no updates by email for example. It didn’t take long at all, about 4 weeks which is good from China. I realise my experience is different from a lot of reviewers but I feel I should give credit where it’s due.
I have given a 4 because of the lack of contact from the company

I ordered a needlepoint set. I have the receipt of payment, yet to date have not received the product. Trying to contact them via website is impossible. I am hoping that this is not another scam. Others I notice are having the same problem.

I ordered a number of trays and have not received them… wanted them for Christmas. Very disappointed 🥲🥲🥲

I did receive the canvas and the paints, however they did not include the large white paper map that shows the paint numbers in a clear, readable form. I am 75 years old! It is almost impossible to read the tiny numbers that are on the canvas. I really wish I had the accompanying printed graphic!

Received order in disarray. No instructions or information on contents. Pattern was impossible to make out. Will not ever purchase from this Seller!

Ordered a medium and XS reflective harness. Received M but not XS. The medium was excellent quality. Can highly recommend the product. Just would like my XS. Thanks

I purchased the diamond art coasters and they arrived fairly quickly. The only issue was that the little tray that you put the beads into was broken on one side. I just taped it together. I'm very pleased with the coasters which I have completed this evening. They look really good, so going to buy more as gifts.

Hum funny I've brought few things waiting waiting lucky I go through PayPal I ask weres my stuff next min I get a refund lucky I use PayPal or I may not have got my money back

I brought a diamond art pen on the 27th of April to 2023 and I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I have messaged the company several times they keep promising me it is on the way I have opened a PayPal dispute which they have failed to respond to at all and I am still waiting for that dispute to be settled. I have not received my order nearly a month late. Do not buy from this company. They will rip you off. This company will be reported to trading standards PayPal will be taken care of this for me. I strongly recommend that you do not buy from this company as you will lose your money. If I could give this zero rating, I would do so avoid this company like the plague.!

OUTRAGEOUS sellers who scam people, and won’t refund their money.
I bought an item for €21.75 on eBay from this Chinese seller. The item arrived broken and there were 11 pieces missing. They offered me several reimbursements €3, €5, €8 and now €10 to keep the item which is unusable. This is a tactic from the Chinese.
I have read the reviews from this seller. If you receive broken goods they offer a minuscule reimbursement or if you return the goods, they get lost, or if you ask for a replacement it doesn’t arrive.
After writing 41 FORTY ONE! messages/replies, I received a full refund but only after EBay got involved.

I purchased 15 paint by numbers paintings thru Paint Some Way website, which turns out to be Chinatera. My Paypal account has been charged but my items are still in my cart. I have tried to communicate 8 times with the company and have received no response.

This place is a scam how can I get a refund ? Does any one have a contact for them ? I initially thought I was ordering from mydiamonart.com

Absolute con ordered paid through PayPal which I thought was protected never use this company a complete scam

I issued an order I was charged but got no confirmation from chinatera. No estimation to delivery.
I emailed the, but got no reply.
I don't believe I will receive the item I ordered.

The most disgusting, unscrupulous & thieving company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with via eBay (sunnydeal04).

Item arrived damaged & for 7 mths they have continuously promised to refund me every time I send an email to chase them.

I ordered from Oasve.com, when it was taken out my paypal account it was under the name chinaterra limited. This is a scam. Emailed the oasve support 4 times and no reaponse. I have started a claim through paypal. Beware of ordering on any site without researching first. Chinaterra works under the disguise of many websites!

This company trades on eBay as sunnydeal-04. I bought a digital blood pressure device from them in October 2020. It worked fine for a few weeks but then gave up the ghost. I contacted sunnydeal who offered to send me a replacement free of charge instead of a refund. I agreed and expected it to arrive in about 14 days. Now, almost 11 weeks later, I'm still waiting for it. Sunnydeal keep insisting that it is on its way but I think they never intended to send me a replacement and are just stringing me along. Avoid Chinatera/Sunnydeal like the plague. They cannot be trusted.

Ordered replacement button for car climate control system. Used PayPal and payment was sent but I got no confirmation of shipping. Tried to communicate with company without answer. Filed complaint with PayPal. Company sent through PayPal a tracking number that was not valid. Item finally arrived by US mail two weeks after order. Item was satisfactory but communication from company was so poor I would never order from them again.
