No response, no product delivery, unable to contact staff, waste of time and money.

Two weeks since I placed an order, I have not received a return email, I have not received an invoice. The actual payment was made. I have contacted several times but there is no response and no return email. I asked to cancel an order and return money ... it seems to be a crook company.

I would give a rating of zero if it were possible. I purchased a bathroom part and paid for DHL delivery at a cost of several times more than the item's value. They seem to have shipped it with China Post instead, and I can't even be sure that they have shipped the item or that the item exists. In fact, I can't even be sure that this company exists: I contacted them several times over the last few weeks about shipping by email and through their website. Never got a response. Weeks later still waiting...

I'm emailing them and trying to contact over WeChat for something I purchased to get a refund. Is there anyone who has some basic manners to reply to emails and we chat messages and to stop cheating people of their hard earned money??

I have reported to my credit company and police department for a fraud handled by Chinahao as they never send anything even email response.

I will never buy from China- Hao store, they never reply email, chat or any communication at all, all reviews about It looks like Total scamm....

No support at all
No service email replies.
There's nothing there
I spent $50 last month and the order is still awaiting shipment after 30 days
I wrote 3 emails to service support and no answers until now
On site you can´t find any place to ask for refund besides they announce it in bold text
I hope to receive my order one of this days otherwise I lost my money and can't complain

Fraud!!!! Totally a fraud, because I have ordered some motorcycle mirrors and that the dispatch is by DHL, and they have been ignoring my emails. Nor that the coronavirus had the packages completely paralyzed, since since 1 month that I do not see any movement or tracking code.

I placed an order, they ask me to pay extra for delivery and that's the last time I heard from them. I sent message and still no reply. I can't even access there website anymore. If they can just email to let me know if I will receive my package or refund the money I paid.

I paid and they never answered my mails, service(@)chinahao.com, product appears in the wite as paid without modificacions for ever and ever ... .
I was lucky it was a cheap product but I recommend not to buy in this site.

I ordered goods from there with a weight about 8kg (electric scooter parts). I placed order in early November and I successfully received everything at 10 January. They asked me to pay 40 usd additionally for delivery as my cargo was heavy. After that during 2 months I was worried as there were no updates and I could not contact the support. I decided just to be patient and finally everything is here. My items are not in stock anywhere else so I am happy

My package came with tracking, however it only was sent out a couple days after purchase. I kept sending emails to the seller and support prior but I didn't get a response. Literally there is no support at all but at least my package came through without issues.

Very bad, no communication, totally fraud, i lost 40usd. I buyed here year ago with no problem, but this year is catastrofics. update: after publish rate here, chinahao write me back and return the money.Maybe I can give 2 stars

Paid 67 USD for DHL 3-10 day delivery. As per website they gave me China post tracking number but judging by the reviews here I will receive one big feck all.

Heb wat spullen besteld (en betaald natuurlijk) maar deze zijn tot op heden nooit geleverd.Heb diverse mails aan hun gericht maar ook hierop wordt niet gereageerd.Dan blijft er nog maar een conclusie over.Grote oplichterij site dus.Mijn advies is daarom,ga hier niet mee in zee.

I bought items from Chinahao.com that totalled $74.09 with Bitcoin at their request. It has been 6 weeks and no communication. I have sent 7 emails asking what the status of my order is, and then to cancel the order based on no communication. Still, no communication. This company is a scam and I doubt I'll ever see that money again. Avoid!

Completely scam. This site just wants to correct our real personal information.

The negative: after three months from the order, I still haven't received the order confirmation nor the delivery. The positive: neither the money sent by Western Union hasn't been collected either.
