I highly recommend the fantastic training offered by Chi Medics. Moss and Sharon bring an incredible depth of knowledge and experience, which they share with genuine enthusiasm. Thanks so much for the great learning on the Toe Balancing sequence . The videos are excellent training tools and Moss and Sharon explain the techniques extremely well. You are also provided with further explanation as to why the sequence is done in this particular way. Being able to refer back to the videos after practicing has been very helpful.
