I can’t recommend Beverley Rawes from Chesterton Grant, highly enough!
I’ve been dealing with Bev for several years now and at every mortgage review she would always get me the best possible deal! She’s always there if you need to discuss anything and makes sure you’re completely happy and everything you’ve requested is covered. I’ve recommended Bev to many of my family & friends and she recently helped my daughter & her partner with the mortgage on their first home. At 22, she didn’t have a clue about what’s involved in buying a house and Bev was absolutely fantastic every step of the way! Everything is so straightforward and stress free as she keeps you updated along the way without you ever having to chase things up! My mortgage is due for review soon and Bev has already been in touch to remind me and got an appointment booked in ready! Fantastic mortgage advisor and a real asset to the company!

Absolutely brilliant service from ian unlike everyone else who told no and no again its not possible but Ian made it possible and got me my mortgage right away and sorted everything the mortgage company throw at me due to being self employed and not having a great credit score and 5% deposit despite all that ian sorted it and id definitely recommend to anyone he’s by far the best out there
