Ordered their seed box and had it personalised. Absolutely fantastic service, ordered it way too last minute for my Mum's Birthday and they made every effort to get it to me within a seriously short timescale- it even arrived two days early! The box is so good, engraving is perfect and the reason I went for it was that it is so big. Much the best seed box I have seen and Mum was thrilled with it. Thank you so much- also love the little Jack Russell logo on the box!

Wellington boot rack is perfect - needed somewhere to store wellies where the dogs wouldn’t chew them and to stop the rest of the family putting boots on my surfaces for carrying out laundry ! No picture as yet as decided to repaint the room but very pleased

Amazing work! The seed box I ordered arrived immaculate and in good time. Te box is stronger than I expected and the inserts I ordered are of great quality too! My other half loved his present and put it to use straight away! I’m actually thinking about getting it as a present for my dad who’s also big on gardening. The fact that’s it’s made in the UK is also a bonus. Great work!

I ordered two welly racks for family 2021 Christmas presents. The website is well designed and user friendly which made ordering easy. Both arrived in good time. The product / wood quality of these racks is superb. The joinery is to a high standard and beautifully painted. I had one engraved / personalisation which was very straightforward and looks fantastic. Both recipients were very pleased with their gift. Highly recommend. The elf was a great success - Ember (my friend’s black lab) ADORED IT I can’t stress that enough, her tail did not stop wagging . She couldn’t leave it alone once we’d given it to her. She loved it.

Dog aside, it was a lovely gift idea, my friend loved the soap and balm. Great customer service with a personal touch.

Absolutely love my seed box. The engraving is beautiful. It is actually a deep engraving, not just a surface sandblast! The box is well made too. Had a special request on the lettering, included a message in my order and got a response within 10 minutes of placing my order!! Without a doubt I would order from Chester & Cooke again. It is obvious that they take pride in the quality of their products and service.
