I wish there was a 0 i bought 4 of them and it took months to get anything and i got 4 or 5 items and i did not even know who sent them and it was supposed to 30 items per person i got 4 or 5 items for all 4 people and it was for my grand kids

Do wish 0 was a rating. Received the same items as everyone else. Cat sticker sheets, jar of makeup sponges, plastic rings, single tiny notepad, and a watch. Definitely not the 30+ items I was expecting for 3 scoops and a video. No video received.

This company is a scam. They don't do scoops. Just received some makeup sponges and cat stickers. No one will contact you. If you email from the address they give you, mailer-deamon return. If you've ordered dispute it with your institution because no one will get back with you.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, ordered two mystery scoops and a stitch plush. I got cat stickers make up sponges cheap rings and a sticky notepad with six notes, I don’t think the scoop videos are genuinely theirs, I think they took them from other sites and used them. Very disappointed, and no response from emails sent, avoid at all costs.
It took a month to get my package, ordered before Christmas.

Should have read the reviews! Ordered two scoops and it was just delivered today. I got a few beauty blenders some crappy jewelry and stickers. Not worth the money spent! Total rip off!

Items not what is advertised. Def scam. Paid $80 for $5 worth of stuff.

Paid for a 3 shop order and got the same items as someone with a 1 scoop order. Everyone gets the same things, and it's not nearly as many items as the videos show, or anything as cute. I'll leave a picture of the extremely cheap junk i got if i can find a way to add it. Oh, and it took 2 months to come in.

I ordered 2 mystery boxes of a Facebook page called Cherry scoops as Christmas presents. Delivery took a month, I was ok with that. I received a small padded envelope with 4 items. Gutted. I can't get a refund. I messaged and they offered me a 15 % discount or 3/4 free gift with next order. Return address is used for scam returns.
Scam

When I ordered this it said it cam to my front door on the 22 of December it was not there and I still dont have it today this place is a scam and never buy from this place. I emailed them and they never responded it was 39$ for nothing. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

SCAM- FRAUD I have tried to reach out to the company many times with absolutely no responses. DO NOT consider purchasing from here.

I ordered from this website cause I saw their packing videos on ticktock. My daughter said she would love to get a box from them for Christmas. I ordered on the 17th. Late I know but it was the soonest I could. I also ordered from another website. I got a shipping email from the other website that is similar to this one and my package from them is on their way. On the other hand I’ve heard nothing from this CherryScoops and I am trying to be patient. I might have to cancel if I don’t hear something in another week. I actually plan to give them until the 17th and make it a full month. I get the Holiday and maybe they got a lot of orders. Still they fact that they don’t respond to messages or anything is making me worried I might not be getting anything at all.

If I could give this a 0 I would, absolute scam so avoid this company at all costs. I paid for a 2 scoop lucky bracelet order after seeing the beautiful videos and paid extra for a packaging video as well. Not only have I not been linked to a video but the products sent were nothing like the actual products being shown in the video.

The bracelets are made of cheap plastic thin discs rather than beads on the bracelets and the string holding them together is cheap elastic bands. Having spent £50+ on this order I expected a far higher quality of product.

The website is also illegally using another lucky scoops businesses images to advertise their products as their own, you can see the images on the website they mention a "Lucky star" who actually has a completely different website. Please avoid this company at all costs as they don't contact you back either and so you won't be able to get your money back.

O rating they steal your money. They need to refund my money.

If I could give zero I would was so disappointed I wish I had come in here and checked what sort of company they are well there not one as all the other reviews say DO NOT PURCHASE SCAM , so I gave them a chance to put things right as iv not received anything but they had the cheek to send me a coupon for 15% off so my bank have stopped payment and given my money back I will also be contacting trade in standards

Huge scam. You dont get what you order. I spent all most 80 bucks. Everything I got, I would have been way cheaper to buy at the dollar store. I also ordered mine on Nov 6th and didnt come tell Dec 26th. They do not not answer emails, or thier contact thing on thier site. No refunds, no returns and once you place a order you can't not cancel it after words.

I never ordered from here, but I will NEVER order from CherryScoops and here is the reason:

I've been seeing a lot of complaints about this brand on Facebook that basically tell and prove that, they're not just making EXTREMELY BAD ORDERS, but also LYING about what they even ship to the poor people!

What do you mean that I payed 60 DOLLARS for 5-6 TEMU ITEMS???

SCAMMERS I GOT 1 sheet of stickers they charged me £50

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Luckily it was a black Friday, deal, so didn't pay full price, however, for 10+ items and a free gift as advertised on the website, I received the same as other people have advised. Animal stickers, plastic rings, a small note pad and a set of make up sponges, not what I expected at all. Total scam, I would avoid. I have sent them a message, but I doubt I will get a response.

Zero stars. It’s trash. I just sent an email asking for a refund. They should be embarrassed.

Because i can t put 0 total scam ill see if we can collectivly sue them
