Cherry Reds is being unfairly tarnished for refusing service.

They're a private company & can refuse to serve whomever they want. The fact that they chose to refuse service to a YouTuber sensationalising a politically right wing march and actively gave them airtime and a platform to spew racist and mysogynistic hatred, means I will deffo be back again when next in Brum.

Staff are ballsy and stand up to POS' that need it 🙌🏾

Staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Coffee is bang average. Honestly one of the worst places I've been too.

If i could give zero i would! Blond server refusing to serve another customer because he was filming a protest outside the cafe as a YouTuber. The protest opposed her beliefs and she was rude arrogant and discriminatory! Will never go there again.

Disgusting coffe , awful waiters with disgusting attitude. Strongly advice you skip this hole in order to not ruin your day

I thought I'd give this place a try as I had heard a lot about the place.
Ah well it's all true . Entitled rude staff especially the podgy blonde . You work in a coffee shop love so drop the attitude !. Suffice to say I didn't even bother to place an order .

Vile staff disgusting behaviour

I recently visited this place having visited friends in the area.
I was surprised how rude the staff were and I had to ask them to clean the table because it had dried crusty food stains.
I didn’t order any food because frankly it didn’t look healthy to me.
It’s not somewhere I plan on visiting again. Once bitten and all that.

Discrimination

Avoid! Rubbish coffee. Rubbish food! And the staff are even worse! Don’t waste your time or money 👍🏼

Blonde receptionist with nose ring refuses to serve a coffee all because a YouTube was filming a protest?

Would avoid at all costs free speech should be allowed and we need to stand up and respect each others opinions no matter what they are.

However this guy didn’t even have an opinion, he was just filming.

Absolutely vile behaviour. She was also smug in the video that she didn’t mind this going viral so I hope the business plummets into the ground.

Visited with my kids for current deal for lunch. I wanted to love it and show support but sorry the kids meal (beans, chips and fish fingers) was absolutely boiling hot and congealed from being boiled so much. My food was cold by the time I had managed to get theirs to a safe temp. My food was nice and the coffee was okay (it wasn’t anything sparkling). Staff were kind though.
I sadly won’t be visiting again as felt it wasn’t safe for the kids to eat.

The coffe was terrible and the staff served a nearly cold coffee waited 10-15 minutes
