The service/shipping was fine, and the notices keeping me informed about delivery was great! However, sadly the bathing suit does not fit, so I must return it.

Order took a long time to get here. No instructions received with glasses on how to get used to them. Also deep scratches on both right and left side lenses. Can i get a replacement pair of glasses?

The suit doesn’t fit. The bottom was fine but the top was too small. I got it on, but my fat was hanging out the sides. Something I don’t usually see, and this fat was pushed out because the rest of the top was too tight. If I could have tried it on at a store, I definitely wouldn’t have gotten it.

I ordered the large tool. The one I received is much smaller than what you advertised as large.

Thought these glasses were as advertised the glasses that adjust to your eyes.
I can not see anything that is more than 12” (30cm) away.
They are, however, really good for reading and doing things on the computer!!! I usually have to take my prescription glasses off and struggle to see the screen. I can put these on and see the screen clearly and my eyes don’t get tired as fast.

Delivery was a long wait. The product itself was well constructed, however I didn’t like the fit on me and I will return it. Packaging was not good, it was stuffed into a small bag, sealed and sticker affixed to it.

Hello, This grooming tool does not works as advertised. It does not remove mats while grooming. I would like to request a refund and I will return this to you ASAP. -Mary

I would have liked to know this item was shipped from Spain. Your website does not state that. However the item works well and my cat seems to like being brushed with it.

Seems to work better than the one I had. My very sensitive cat will support it longer. However just received it a day ago.. ask me in a couple of weeks
