Chequers Cars Chobham Arvostelua

Brilliant experience. Easy to arrange to test drive and explained everything clearly. After our car being written off and a very stressful time it was a pleasure to buy from Chequers. Think we got a good deal too!

The whole team at Chequers were amazing. I dealt with James and he was fantastic! He was so helpful and made the whole process of buying a car so easy and stress free! The customer care is outstanding and quality of cars is brilliant!. I will certainly recommend them to everyone and I will certainly be back to have my car MOT and serviced. Thank you again team.

Having recently sold my car to Chequers, I would like to thank them for their friendliness and professionalism. All the staff members were polite and the transaction was completed swiftly. The driver who collected my car even helped me to complete the DVLA details.
Many thanks.

Buying a used car is always stressful. This one was my daughter buying which made me very nervous. She was very specific about what she wanted and this was the 5th viewing of the day. I wish it had been the first. We had called ahead so it was ready for the test drive when we arrived. By far the best car we had seen. The salesman, James spoke to my daughter like a grown up and answered all her questions. Friendly and professional. Great price for what we've got both for the car and the service. Really can't fault the experience. My daughter and I couldn't be happier.

As an old person living alone I was very nervous, no need. Totally friendly, professional and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything. Thank you.

The process of selling and collection was smooth and easy.

Very friendly service and a seamless transaction in selling my Toyota Aygo.
Absolutely faultless from the start to finish.
Would certainly recommend the Chequers Team and have no hesitation to use their services either buying or selling a car.
Definitely a garage that you can trust.

Chequers were great, everyone was really friendly and helpful. Everything was very quick and easy, even delivered the car. Would highly recommend.

I had been having issues with my car battery dying and had been gifted a new one but needed it fitting. I called chequers and they were extremely helpful and friendly. Said to bring my car in and they would fit my battery. I arrived and within 10minutes it was done. Im very grateful, I highly recommend them to anyone.

I sold my car to CHEQUERS CARS via a 3rd party.
Chris made contact straightaway he was was very courteous, friendly and professional.
He did everything he said he would and communication was great.
I would highly recommend this dealership.

My son told me about this garage that they had good second hand cars for sale, this is very true, great selection in my price range. Gavin one of the sales guys showed us around and within ten mins I had seen what I’d been looking for. Went for a test drive perfect and the deal was done. They MOT’d it sorted any problems out and I bought a 1yr warranty also which included MOT and first service
Which you have to have done there but that’s great, Taxed it and delivered it two days later to my house. It was delivered by a guy called Mark really nice guy went over all the paperwork explained anything I wanted to know. The best experience I’ve ever had buying a car!

Moved to chequers for my MOT this year. Really easy to book, and received a cheery confirmation call as well. Easy location to get to on the main road (don’t miss the enormous rear car park like I did though 🤦🏻‍♀️). Each of the 4 people I met were friendly. Sit-&-wait MOT was done in well under an hour, and passed (not bad for a 2006 plate!) Happy days. See you in 2026 :)

We recently visited Checkers Cars in Chobham and were genuinely impressed. Although we ultimately did not purchase the car as it did not fully meet our requirements, the service we received was outstanding. The team were incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely treated us like family. Their professionalism, honesty and no-pressure approach is the best I have experienced from an independent car dealer. We would not hesitate to recommend Checkers Cars to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and a trustworthy dealership.

I took my car into the garage at 8.00 am this morning and received a phone call from them in early afternoon to say that it was ready to collect after a service and MOT. I couldn't have wished for more.

After a horrible accident which saw me needing to buy a new car, I went to Chequers Cars and met Gavin. He has been amazing to deal with at every step, from the initial meeting through to the collection of my car. There was no hard sell, nothing was too much and he gave clear and concise advice and information on the car I was looking to buy. Everything Gavin said he would do, he did! I am so pleased with my car and service received! My car was very well presented for collection and everything was checked a final time to ensure I was happy. As customers, we need to be supporting these smaller family businesses! Thank you to Gavin and the team at Chequers cars!!!!!!!

Another great service from chequers
Came down from London for a mot
Several issues needed fixing which other garages have been unable to do on my tricky imported car but ed and the team sorted it!
Highly recommend for going that extra mile

The whole process from offer to payment and collection was highly efficient. Communication was excellent and it was a pleasure to deal with such an honest and reliable service.

I have been looking for a change of car for a while
I met James and Gavin at Chequers, they couldn’t have been more helpful or considerate with me
I’m no youngster and they were so patient and supportive with me when demonstrating all the modern technology in the car
I would recommend Chequers to everybody looking for a change of car

Sold my car to Chequers. Process was very straight forward from start to finish. Communications were fantastic.

Everyone I spoke to was polite, professional but also friendly. The gentleman who came to collect the car was an excellent ambassador for the company. He looked over the vehicle and did a short test drive before phoning to get funds released. He stayed till the first nds had been transferred and talked me through the on line reporting to DVLA. There was no quibble over the price and everything went smoothly.

Thank you to all the team.

He looked over the car took it for a small run and when it come to handing everything over he was amazing wouldn’t leave us till the money went through helped us do the DVLA bit on the net. He was very kind, professional and pleasant to talk to. The emails from chequers was brilliant I could not have been happier with our experience. Thank you to all the Chequers team. X
