Chequer Plate Direct Arvostelua

A good and efficient system. Well done.

I only wanted a few very small plates made but still got excellent service even though a small order.
Great communication too.

I ordered and paid for 3 plates of metal, but only received 2.
The order clearly stated 3 and the invoice that came with the order confirmed that only 2 had been packed and sent.
I have emailed twice and not even had an acknowledgement.
Very disappointed in customer service.
The plates I actually received though are perfect.

Very good, vfm

Delighted apart from 2 points - the package apeared to have been dropped on to one corner bending the chequer plate - I accept that more durable packaging would rocket the cost so I a accept the compromise. The second issue is more avoidable - I had two pieces in the package and to prevent movement of the smaller piece the two pieces were taped together with packaging tape. The packaging tape would not peel off easily and was very time consuming to clean off the finished product. Accordingly I would be grateful if you could investigate the use of more suitable tapes / packing techniques

Ordered and came 3 day later, right size and thickness. Excellent quality and service

Speed. I was really impressed that the company checked my sizes with me before cutting them as They were unusual and it is so good to see good old fashioned customer care coupled with a great product which is doing everything I wanted it to do. Thank you and keep it up.

Very efficient service & the product was well packaged & as advertised.

Excellent product and service very pleased would use again. Definitely recommend.

Poor delivery. Had to phone company to find out what happened to the order.

Just the right size fast delivery good price 👍

In general happy with service. I only wanted 2 small pieces so my order was queried. There was then a delay in dispatch which required chasing. Once clarified however the order arrived as specified the next day

Great quick service! very happy with the quality of the product and would highly recommend this company.

Very good product, exactly as advertised
Quick delivery and well packed

As ordered, arrived a little damaged in 2 corners, but that’s probably a courier issue and don’t think it could have been packaged any better. Looks great protecting a wall in my garage.
