Bought my first car with Chesptow trade center a Peugeot 208 2014, all the team couldn't help me enough. mark made the whole experience funny and easy, dealing with our concerns immediately and also made it a whole family experience. Excellent experience at Chepstow trade centre; although we didn’t end up purchasing as they didn’t have quite what we wanted in stock, the service was great. Very responsive to my enquiry - back to me within minutes and kept me updated throughout out the week with the progress of the cars prep which was appreciated. let me have a decent length of time test driving the car we were considering. Very knowledgeable on answering my questions about the car / other options that might be avoidable within my requirements.

Having been searching for some time for a VW Polo for my daughter as her 2nd car, now that she has just started full time employment, I eventually found one at Chepstow Trade Centre.

I asked a load of questions online and was surprised to get answers back after hours on Friday night from Tim who was super genuine and honest about the car.

So much so that we drove an hour to get to the garage and after a test drive with zero pushy sales pitch, we decided to make the purchase.

As I said at the time, it was a really pleasureable experience and can 100% recommend both Tim, and Mark who we dealt with on the day, as knowledgeable and straight sales guys selling genuine cars. Cheers.

Bought my Mini Cooper this week from Chepstow trade centre and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, the service from Mark and Tim was spot on. Both were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what they were talking about. They were informative & really helpful throughout the process, and made everything feel easy and stress-free.

I got an amazing, reasonable deal within my budget and the car was fully serviced and MOT’d with a 2 year gold warranty which gave me total peace of mind. I part exchanged my previous car with ease and the paperwork was sorted efficiently with Mark. The Mini was topped up with petrol before leaving which was the cherry on top! The Mini itself is absolutely lush — drives beautifully and I genuinely love it.

We needed a second car and having read the reviews and looked online at the cars CTC had to offer, my wife and I walked over to have a look in person. Tim was great from the second he came out of the office to the time we left having bought the car we chose in the price range we were willing to pay.

Mark and the team were a pleasure to deal with. I found them via Autotrader as I was looking for a specific car that they had the a good example of at a great price. I put a reservation on he car via Autotrader website and Mark got back to me via email and we arranged a visit to see the car, it was all defrosted and ready to go. I agreed to buy, they arranged for it to be serviced etc before I came to collect it a few days later. Genuinely nice group of people and the whole process was straightforward. We bought my daughter’s first car from CTC, Caerleon. Buying a used car is a minefield, so we’d spent quite some time looking before ending up at CTC. Mark was great, there was no pressure at all, and he took away my worries by adding a warranty to the car deal. The car got a new MOT, serviced + valeted before picking it up today.
