Money paid.
The item was not in stock, when it had already been communicated it was despatched.
I had to request a refund which was eventually confirmed.
Disappointed.

Unfortunately, when we were ready to dispatch your order, we unexpectedly ran out of stock, meaning we were unable to dispatch the medication as planned. I had symptoms of chest infection and…
I had symptoms of chest infection and had ordered amoxicillin. I believed this would be a 24 hour delivery and it arrived five days later. I did not deteriorate, but many people might have. I would have found it more efficient if we had been given, the option to collect the medication from a pharmacy close to our address. I had family who could collect for me.
