TERRIBLE SCAMMERS. I HAVE BEEN OWED A REFUND FOR 3 MONTHS AND THEY ARE IGNORING ME AND NOT GIVING ME MY REFUND. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Glass bottled items delivered smashed and very poorly packaged in just a jiffy bag. Complained and was told I'll my money back within 10 days and just a brief message saying "apologies". Lesson learned, sadly you have to read reviews from others before ordering online these days. Don't know why i should have to wait 10 days for refund.

Ordered goods online, received an email that it had been delivered via Royal Mail Parcel Force. Clicked on the RM link which simply stated "Delivered" but the tracking showed it as at Denton sorting office. Spoke to RM, the tracking number wasn't one of theirs, though the website link was 100% convincing. Have rung and rung and rung Chemist Corner and no answer.
I am now claimimg my money back via my bank

I ordered Aptamil milk for my baby reading on website my order will be delivered home in 3 days .
1 week past and nothing tried few times to get contact with them but nothing .

this company takes all your personal details and then says they are not taking orders.....avoid at all costs seems like a scam

I dont think they ever had the item in stock, they promised quick delivery it never arrived and they have not returned my money.

I booked a pharmacy first appointment through the NHS app and I should have received an email with a video link whixh never came. My appointment time came and went with them not contacting me so I rang them and was told that the pharmacist was running late and was expected to arrive in half an hour and that they would do the consultation via telephone.

Again I waited and by afternoon I rang to get an update and was told to call back the next day as the pharmacist was too busy to ake my appointment. When I booked there were 10 minute slots available from 10am until 5pm which makes no sense as they clearly aren't available or bothered to actually adhere to the appointments offered. They should be removed from the NHS pharmacy first scheme as they aren't capable of the service they advertise.

Appalling pharmacy. Paid for an expensive item with express delivery (at extra cost) online - it was not delivered. Three emails were sent to the company of which two were ignored and a third was replied to with a three word response. I was subsequently lied to in telephone call asking when the item would be delivered. I eventually received the product nine days after ordering it - and its contents were incorrect. Avoid Chemist Corner like the plague unless you want to be ripped off.

Pretty crap. Booked a phone appointment. Multiple emails reminding me to not be late and to be waiting by the phone, even ten minutes before. They didn’t call.

The service from Chemist corner is appalling I ordered a triple pack of HYLO Tear via Amazon but only one item arrived (not the triple pack). I raised a seller query via Amazon & was asked to provide a photo (which I did). I also emailed Chemist corner direct. I have had no useful responses from Chemist corner. I am now claiming my money back via Amazon.
Do not use this company.

Do not use! They took money out of my bank and didn’t send me the prescription. They ignored all my emails and phone calls. Don’t get scammed!
