Fantastic

With fantastic, unique products and efficient customer service, Chemagora has been a go-to of mine for a couple of weeks now, and many other Canadians I'm sure!

Prompt discrete shipping. All around 5/5

Website was clean and easy to navigate.
Product shipped in the window they stated (1-2 days, was sent out within 1 day of ordering).
Arrived quite fast (2 days after the date is was mailed with Xpresspost).
Shipping packaging was plain and discrete.

Product packaging was quite pleasant, sealed in an attractive branded bag, with additional vacuum sealed bag, containing one more bag containing the product.

Receipt in the package was included, and came with a coupon I imagine comes with first time orders?

Product quality seems great and as advertised.

Didn't have to contact them directly for any communication, so nothing to add there.
Emails went out promptly after placing order, as did the Shipping confirmation email.

All around a smooth, professional experience, conducted with ease for this first experience. I am looking forward to conducting business with them again. (Especially with that coupon they sent with my first order!).

5/5. Will become a return customer.

Fast shipping, good product

Fast shipping, quick response if necessary, all the information I needed was helpful and provided same day. All my products came intact, labelled and with a coupon code for future order. Much better than other new chem sites

-I appreciate any trustworthy and transparent organization,
I value a company that helps de-stigmatize public access to the highest quality products at an attainable price; not like other companies that IMO are using price/quantity as active gatekeepers to the average home Chem student/customer ((I’m looking at you Sigma-AldRich!))
