Amazing Cheese
Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, products well-packed. Amazing cheese!! Best ever, I'm not normally a big fan of bleu cheese but it was fantastic.

Amazing Shipping
Although shipping was not inexpensive you get what you pay for! The package arrived on time and the cheese was still quite cold. I was also impressed by the packing material which kept things cold and secure in transit.
The cheese I purchased was a variety that I first tasted last summer in France. I was afraid I would never get this delightful cheese here in the USA and when I found it on CHEESELOVERSHOP.COM I was thrilled. Now I can have it whenever & I just can't live without it. C'est Magnifique!

No response to order mixup
I have been ordering successfully for over a year now. However the last order I received was switched with someone else’s. I have emailed 3 times and asked that someone call me. And have not heard from anyone.

Delayed order, non-existent customer service
The order was delayed for several days due to the shipping carrier having issues.
The cheese was no longer good due to the ice having melted.
Reached out to get the issue resolved and was never contacted for any resolution.
Very disappointed in the lack of customer service!

Except for my Fed Ex driver who regularly teases me about importing illegal cheese to Wisconsin...The cheese state.
