Hello,
Im sorry to hear that the Alegria Alli didn't work for you. As long as you have only worn the shoes inside to determine whether they are suitable then there is no problem in sending them back for a refund. Lots of our customers with foot problems such as Plantar Faciitis like you do this. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need more information on our returns policy. Best Wishes, Jo - Cheerful Soles
Good shoes thank you

Thanks for taking the time to complete a review for us Mrs Shorthouse (especially as you didn't get to keep the shoes) - so frustrating. The least we can do is refund you promptly. Kind Regards, Jo - Cheerful Soles
Cheerful Soles are just brilliant!
I find ordering with Cheerful soles to be professional and I love the shoes. Even if the footwear is not quite right the returns process is seamless, although I hate having to return good shoes. I order Alegria shoes as I need orthopaedic shoes for arthritic feet and Cheerful Soles enable me to find funky looking shoes tosuit my personality and youthful age. Well done Cheerful Soles.

The Wallflower pattern that you went for this time is really cute and I'm pleased that youve found something that works for you (so hard when you have painful feet). Watch out for Alegria Sandals arriving next week :-) Jo, Cheerful Soles

Hello Hetty. I'm sorry to hear that you are having such problems as a result of you operation. If you haven't worn the shoes and as long as the orthotic you placed in them hasn't damaged them, then you always have the option to return them to us for a refund. You can always contact us on 01756 753858 for further advice and guidance for choosing an alternative style. I apologise if you think that our service has in some way let you down as your review doesn't mention what we could have done better to help. Please get in touch if you need more assistance.
