I wanted to buy some things from Newlook, I had a discount code that had nearly expired and a pair of shoes of which there was only one pair left. I thought I’d try Chedder as i don’t have much money but I AFTER I had paid from my bank I was told someone would look at it on the next working day and call or email me, I wasnt banking on social interaction either! it was a Saturday so a couple of days to wait! They have my money, I’ve missed out on buying the shoes and using the discount and now will have a completely useless Newlook gift card. This feels like theft. All in all an awful experience.

The app itself is brilliant - I've told all my friends and family about how class it is...getting cashback just for doing my regular shopping. Highly recommended, really easy to use.

Cheddar can bit a bit of a faff to use but once you get your head around the different ways to add to stores or devices it is well worth it and if you do have a problem there customer service is second to none. Give it a go, anything you can save in these times is worth the effort 👍🏻

I had a great experience with Cheddar's customer support. After purchasing a gift card, I couldn't access or view it properly in the app, which meant I wasn't able to use it. I contacted the support team, and they investigated the issue quickly.

So far everything has been amazing. I haven't withdrawn any of my savings yet but I use Cheddar every week to do my supermarket shopping so this is all money I was spending anyway. I had an issue with one gift card and the team got it sorted out. It took a little while but they kept at it until it was resolved.

We have saved so much money with this app. Regular bonuses in addition to the percentage of cash back. Quick and easy to cash out and with only £5 minimum. Customer support has been great too when we have had issues.

Having discovered Cheddar barely a month ago I have found it is extremely easy to use and a great way of getting cash back from normal everyday purchases from businesses I regularly use anyway.
I did have a problem this morning trying to top up my Costa gift card but this has been quickly and efficiently resolved. The problem being a limit of how much can be added to the gift card which at the time I wasn’t aware of, but tech support have now clarified the rules of Costa.

Its so great to be getting cashback on normal things like our food shop. The method to get money onto the card is simple, and can be done when you're standing at the till - it only takes about a minute to fully process.

Avoid like the plague. Used the app for a few weeks, bought two gift cards and out of nowhere, they started to request ID to verify my account. This is a giftcard service, not a bank.

Less said about their customer service as well, the better.

Discovered this app CHEDDAR Casback by chance. Absolutely amazing. The more you spent ,the higher the cashback is . Great rewards on a variety of websites via gift cards. Excellent customer support too.

There's a cash back instantly.
More stores are joining up so there's more discounts gor customers.
The only issue I faced is it takes too long to transfer funds from bank to Chadder app.

Don't remember the server's name but she was great. She was there when we needed something but left us alone the rest of the time. I can't stand servers that feel like checking on you every 3 minutes is going to increase their tip. It doesn't. It just interferes with the interaction going on at the table. The food was awesome! I had the bourbon glazed salmon and shrimp. It was delicious and the leftovers were even better for dinner. I usually get the chicken pot pie (because I know it's delicious) but decided I needed to try new things. Will definetely be back.

I had an issue with a store whereby my voucher was not acknowledged and I had to then pay for my shopping. I flagged this to the Cheddar team and I was refunded within two days. No issues , no quibbles, quick resolution. I have been a regular user of Cheddar for some time and I have never had any issues until this point.

The reason I give 5 star reviews is not only I can collect the cash back saving money on purchasing whatever daily needs or entertaining activities stuff, but also I feel I have been treated more than just a customer. When I have problems using the gift card not because of technical issues, they always listen to me and understand my situation solving my problems. I am genuinely grateful for their help and trust this platform. Definitely recommend people to use Cheddar. Savings small money from daily life is not small and really helps!
