Uncomfortable experience:
1. No advance notice at the end of your trial period, they will say nothing and charge you.
2. No way to pause the subscription (at least that I could find), you can only cancel. Once you do, you lose access and history.
3. Vague billing schedule. Quoting their website: "Charged on or around the 3rd of each month."
4. Unprofessional: the website has typos ("infromation") and informal writing ("All data deleted. Forever. Like, forever-ever."), which doesn't project confidence.

Super lame that they don't let you access your account unless you pay up. We had sent some checks with them now I just want to look at the history to see if they were delivered as we have a guy saying he never got his check, but now I gotta pay up just to check lol c'mon guys be human plzzzz

Same case as others here.
I paid $60 for credits, one day later the account is suspended and they are keeping the money.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

This company suspended my LLC's business account. I am the business owner and been operating the account myself. Without notice after purchasing credits (only possible after account verification) I placed an overnight order for 10 checks paid upfront using credits.
The checks were shown as mailing being processed.
When I later checked the status my account was suspended due to suspicious activity detected by ROBOTS not human being.

This is ridiculous, the message also state that any credits paid are not refundable!!!!

This is deceptive business practice and fraud. It is a pure joke considering that a first order for ten checks are declared fraudent activity by robots.

They just find a way to make people pay and keep their money without providing services and believe that they can keep the money paid...

I will file a lawsuit and recover any penny paid to this company, damages and legal fees! I am also reporting this company to the FTC and regulators.

Awful experience with this company. They first suspended our account without notice when we had multiple incoming payments, which caused everything to be late. They asked us to verify our bank account, which we of course did. We took this as a bad omen, but figured our account was verified so what other problems would we have?

Weeks later, after we spent thousands of dollars, and hundreds of hours, integrating and developing a working API with them, they suspended and blocked the account. Customer service replied that Terms of Service were violated, but would provide absolutely no details.

Don't waste your time with this company, much better options out there (Online Check Writer, VersaCheck).

This is an automated process that's done by the best trained robots. Any payments that were made have already been refunded to the card used and will appear in 5-10 business days.

If you believe our robots got it wrong, please send a message to support.. I mail check and was waiting for tracking, I got this next day, I never got anything back on my card since then and the customer care never respond to my email or chat.

Hands down the BEST home check printing software I've used and I've tried just about all of them. Extremely user friendly, quick and easy. Saves me tons of money and, although I have not used the mailed check feature yet, I think it's awesome that it's offered. Integrated with gusto and other major payroll providers. Two thumbs up.

Checkkeeper is by far the best check printing app out there. It's user friendly, organized, and efficient. I couldn't imagine running a business without it.

Reliable service. Checkeeper helps us mail out over 1,300 checks each month. It was easy to upload my list of vendors, with their addresses and payment amounts, from a simple CSV file. Checkeeper took care of the rest, which saved our finance team dozens of hours, essentially saving us a significant amount of money in payroll hours so we could focus more on what makes our business profitable.

Very simple and intuitive platform, and extremely easy to use! Super easy to sign up and get started writing Checks in literal minutes. They also have a really helpful support chat. I needed some help getting set up for printing and they had me set up and ready to go in no time. Can't recommend these guys enough!

They don't allow you to buy less than 10 credits. But then you still have to have a subscription, and if you don't, you can't access your credits

Absolutely horrible! They screwed up several mailed checks by putting the wrong account number on the checks, causing significant overdraft fees. Customer service is horrible to back it up. Of course CheckKeeper is trying to blame me... They are completely wrong and I sent them a screenshot that showed the account number I selected and what they printed on the check, both different..... Complete BS. Their "new" platform is even worse.
