Parts was delivered earlier than expected, they were exactly what I ordered and needed. My problem was solved. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered the item on Jan 9, but was given an outside delivery date of Mar 11. Yet today, Feb 20 the item arrived, and in perfect condition. I haven't tried install yet but anticipate no probs. If there are, I won't fail to say so! In conclusion, I'd hoped the item would arrive inside two weeks (ideally), but am so glad it came Feb 20 vs Mar 11. Could have been worse, but then could have been better. Perhaps mfr should revise published eta?

Parts were perfect and had cheaper than most places and good internet site to buy correct parts. I, however, ordered the wrong part. I emailed trying to return and was sent a chart with multiple abbreviations for what was able to be returned. The chart was not in terms someone who didn't work there would understand, it appeared to be computer automatic response. I asked company to explain, i received the same automatic response with the same unreadable chart. I then called the company and was forced to deal with a lady that was extremely rude and acted as if I was just interrupting her. I asked her what is the process of returning my item, she responded aggravated " does it meet our standards for return"? How would I know that answer, that's why I called the number. After having to ask extemely specific questions because she was making it difficult to get my question across, she finally huffed and puffed and gave me the answer. All in all, parts were good, customer service is horrible. 15% restocking fee is a bit ridiculous. Maybe I'm spoiled by Amazon and their return policies, but, now that I have been treated like this by cheaper honda parts....Amazon is where I'm going from now on. The company should take that into consideration. Cant have a good product with crap service, I wont be back to this site for parts ever and will definitely share my negative experience with others.
