Erbärmliches Geschäftsmodell. Nach Lieferung eines falschen Artikels hat Grandado eine "kostenlose Rücksendung" verweigert und verlangt, den Artikel auf meine Kosten nach Hong Kong zu schicken. Das Porto hätte den Artikelwert überstiegen! Nie wieder!!!
PS am 07.03.2026: Grandado hat auf meine negative Bewertung geantwortet(siehe unten), um das Problem zu bereinigen. Ich sollte die Order Details mitteilen, was ich auch sofort machte. danach keine Reaktion mehr von Grandado. Tatsächlich geschah dies also nur, um den Anschein von Seriösität zu vermitteln!

Sehr zufrieden – klare Empfehlung
Ich habe bei Grandado ein USB-DAC-Kabel bestellt und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem gesamten Ablauf. Der Bestellprozess war transparent und übersichtlich gestaltet, sodass ich jederzeit nachvollziehen konnte, in welchem Status sich meine Bestellung befindet.
Die Lieferung hat etwa zwei Wochen gedauert, was absolut im Rahmen liegt, da das Kabel direkt aus China versendet wurde. Darüber wurde im Vorfeld auch klar informiert, sodass es hier keine Überraschungen gab.
Die Qualität des USB-DAC-Kabels ist – soweit ich das beurteilen kann – sehr gut. Verarbeitung und Material machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck, und auch technisch funktioniert alles einwandfrei. In Anbetracht des Preises ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich überzeugend.
Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung. Ich würde hier wieder bestellen und kann den Shop guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Produkt ok - aber fehlende Transparenz
Ich habe einen Adapter bestellt, den es sonst nicht zu kaufen gab. Das Produkt kommt aus China und hat einen langen Reiseweg: Nach ca 2 Wochen war der Adapter hier. Soweit alles ok.
Was die Lieferzeit (und den Ursprungsort) betrifft, wurde nicht transparent auf der Webseite informiert. Erst nach der Bestellung wird klar, woher das Produkt kommt. Das gefällt mir weniger, darum nur 3 Sterne.

Attention SCAM
I placed an order with Grandado, but the item never arrived. The whole experience feels very much like a scam. It’s strange to see “German support agents” working in what is clearly a Chinese shop, and communication has been quite poor. I currently have an open cancellation and refund case — let’s see if that actually goes through.
My advice: don’t buy anything from this shop.

Irreführende Produktdeklaration und massiv überteuerte Ware
Ich habe bei diesem Shop ein Küchenmesser bestellt, das im Angebot klar mit einem Markennamen („Mitsumoto Sakari“) beworben wurde. Geliefert wurde jedoch No-Name-Ware ohne jegliche Markenkennzeichnung.
Das ist für mich eine klare Falschdeklaration – ich habe ein Produkt bestellt und ein anderes erhalten. Ob man das rechtlich Betrug nennt oder nicht, kann jeder selbst beurteilen, für mich ist es inhaltlich genau das.
Die Qualität des gelieferten Produkts ist zudem deutlich unter dem, was der Preis vermuten lässt. Nach Recherche entspricht die Ware typischer AliExpress-Qualität, wird hier aber für das Zwei- bis Dreifache des üblichen Preises verkauft – gestützt auf irreführende Produktbeschreibungen und Markenanmutung.
Der Kundenservice reagierte zwar, bot jedoch zunächst einen Gutschein statt einer direkten Rückerstattung an. Der Gutschein funktionierte letztlich, dennoch bleibt der Eindruck eines Geschäftsmodells, das auf Überpreisung und intransparenter Darstellung basiert.
Fazit:
Ware nicht wie beschrieben, überteuert, kein echtes Markenprodukt. Ich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen und kann nur dringend empfehlen, Preise und Produktangaben sehr kritisch zu prüfen.
