Your reply is incomplete and does not reflect the full written record.
This was not a situation where we simply failed to attend without communication. Before the affected ride, we had already informed your team in writing that we could not perform this ride or any other affected bookings until the pricing discrepancy was resolved, the original accepted amounts were restored or confirmed in writing, and assurance was provided that accepted prices would not be changed again after confirmation.
Your own team acknowledged the seriousness of the issue, apologized, confirmed escalation, and stated that the matter was being treated urgently. You also acknowledged that a confirmed ride amount being modified after acceptance was not acceptable and that the issue had been escalated to the relevant team.
The claim that the only communication was a chatbot message shortly before the service is therefore incomplete and misleading. There were written emails before the ride clearly explaining our position and requesting immediate confirmation because the ride was time-sensitive.
The key issue is not simply that the passenger later used another option. The key issue is that accepted commercial terms were changed after confirmation, no written resolution was provided in time, and then the matter was publicly presented as a no-show without the full context.
We take professional transport seriously, but professional partnerships also require transparent pricing, reliable systems, and respect for agreed booking terms. We have the booking records and email communication supporting our position.

Yes at 3h am and 2h before the pick up. You and your company are simply not professional because a technical issue can always be fixed but a client who have to take an uber this we can’t not do nothing!
They cancelled last minute
We had the car service lined up for our trip to Fairbanks Alaska. Got a message on the flight they were cancelling it. Very disappointing. Luckily the hotel we were staying at had a free shuttle and we were able to get there. I would definitely check with your hotel first - You may not need to spend money on this service.

Ketchikan is a remote destination where, despite our extensive efforts, we were unfortunately unable to secure a professional chauffeur for your requested time slot. Rather than leave you without transportation, our team proactively arranged an alternative shuttle service to ensure you reached your destination safely and on time. In addition, we issued a full refund for your booking and extended a goodwill credit toward a future journey with us.
While we regret that we could not provide the level of service we strive for on this occasion, we are pleased that you arrived safely and comfortably. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve you under better circumstances on a future trip.

The whole experience with your chauffeur services was reliable and spectacular. On the day for the pick up, I received a notification about my upcoming pick up schedule which for me gave me some peace of mind, considering the amount of preparation there was leading to the event.
The driver arrived 15 minutes earlier and was prepared to wait for the appropriate departure time. He was looking professional and complimented the occasion. The vehicle was clean and exceeded my expectations.
I would recommend Chauffeurs and Services to anyone having any similar events.
I would also like to commend the driver Philani Khumalo for his excellent service by making our experience memorable and making sure that his passengers were safely transported.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!
From start to finish, the whole experience was nothing short of amazing. It took me all of 5 minutes to secure a vehicle, pay and get a confirmation email. The online correpondence afterwards, via email, was great - quick responses and great attitude. The chauffeur, Philani, was amazing - he arrived on time, kept in constant contact with me throughout the day and he chatted to me so respectfully and professionally when he arrived. Excellent and Highly Reliable Chauffeur Service
We used Chauffeurs & Services last night for a client transfer from Doha to Riyadh and were very impressed with the overall service.
The communication was exceptionally fast, professional, and efficient from the very beginning. The coordination via a group chat worked perfectly, ensuring that everyone involved was always informed at the same time. All arrangements were handled smoothly and very reliably.
The minivan arrived exactly on time, was very comfortable and well maintained, and the driver was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the route. The journey was pleasant and stress-free throughout.
Overall, an excellent service experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Chauffeurs & Services and will certainly book with them again in the future.
