It’s very nice and uses a direct message system that allows you to quickly connect with your customers and help them with whatever’s needed. I had another Live Chat software for my website, the free plan was very limited and i felt the paid plan was to expensive for my business. So there was no point in between the expensive paid plan and the very limited free plan, until I found Chatway’s amazing chat software. I only use their free plan, which is not limited by any amount of messages on website. So it was the perfect fit for me.
