Clearly explained that I wanted my hair to be shoulders length with some layers. What I got is hair cut 2 inches above my shoulders. The manager was there. I paid Ashley for a colour , which is fine but the cut, again paid for,is terrible. Stoneroad Mall location
*Edit* Yes, you as the manager was there when the young man rung me through, I was visibly distraught not discontent, you said to me your hair looks crisp. Please dont worry about getting back in touch with me as your DM, who is quite a lovely person spoke to me and was very kind and professional.

The stylist was shown a picture of exactly what was asked and told to make it a bit longer. She didn't listen at all. She cut the curly hair way too short - as if she didnt know curly hair would shrink. If she didnt know how to cut curly hair she should have just said no. She completely butchered hair hair. His whole head of hair is uneven. Giuliana was the stylist. Maybe shes good for blow outs but not boys or curly hair.

If I could have left 0 stars I would have I have been to lots of chatters salons in Canada I always use them but this one is with a doubt the worst I have ever been to they was so rude and ignorant the young lady who was doing my hair I asked her very politely if she could dry my roots as they was soaked wet even tho she had apparently finished that section of wot was supposed to be a bouncy blow dry it was straight and flat and when I asked she got so mad didn't want to finish it her boss was trying to talk her in to doing it I ended up having to dry my own hair even the boss was very rude and unprofessional
She was a young maybe asian/Chinese? Girl they made me feel very uncomfortable I wouldn't recommend going there !!

My invoice in my email was 32.77. However in my app I paid 36.16. I tipped cash. Did they add more at checkout?
The girl did not look impressed to be doing my granddaughters hair, so much so that I asked if there was a problem and if we should rebook with someone else.
Moving forward I'll be taking her somewhere else to get a trim.

My experience with Erik was fabulous. He was patient, receptive and unhurried as he expertly advised me on my hair color and curly cut. My 8 yr old with the tangled mess of curly hair also went to see him. It was another great experience. She loves her new hair cut and no more tears with brushing. Thank you! Thank you!

Went in for color showed the girl the picture of what I wanted, came out with a 256.00 head full of red hair that I absolutely hate. First and definitely last trip to the bayers lake shop and probably Chatters entirely.

Lorne is a master. He is an expert at styling my hair. The massage was relaxing and I always appreciate the final rinse to eliminate all the little pieces of cut hair. I feel beautiful after my appointment.
