Chattanooga Property Solutions Arvostelua

Due to a many thing me and my husband had to sell our house. Lee was straight forward super tentative and professional and patient and walked us throught everything. Him and the rest of the team are fabulous. Wonderful prices for cash buy outs. They made a hard time in our life easier. We cant thank them enough. All the messy family problems we had the fact my husband works out of town they where patient and accommodating with help and tips. They are just Wonderful. Fair prices and close quickly. Lovely A team all around.

I can attest from personal experience that Chattanooga Property Solutions is extremely fair and reputable. They give strong cash offers, close quickly if needed and won’t hit you with any last minute “Gotcha”s. I highly recommend them.

Lee Gates has helped my wife and I buy several pieces of property in the Chattanooga area. Lee is always professional and transparent in all the dealings I have had with him. A great guy to deal with. Highly recommended!

I purchased a house from Lee Gates of CPS and it went well. The price was fair and Lee treated me well. There was a situation that came up (not either of our faults) that I won’t get into, but needless to say, they got the bad end of the deal, but still sold me the house anyway when they didn’t have to. They could’ve canceled the contract, but honored their word.

I have had a great experience working with this company. Very recommended!

Lee and Thomas communicated well and the real estate transaction went very smoothly. It was good to find an off market property and deal with professionals that do what they say they are going to do, and with their integrity intact.I hope to do another transaction with them in the future.

I have worked with Chattanooga Property Solutions for many years. They do their job with integrity and treat their customers with respect. I highly recommend!
