Excellent Experience with Chatperk
I gave five stars to Chatperk because it has really helped my business. I Provide print on demand services on Fourthwall. At first, most of my customers used to message me on Instagram if they needed printing services.
I had no issues and I could easily reply to the Customers chats. But for the past 5 months, I've been getting more customers from overseas, which is great. But replying to them became harder for me. Then I thought I could use AI to help with this. So, I decided to try Chatperk.
At the start, I didn’t understand much, but within a week I learned how to use chatperk. I started with the free trial to test the chatbot. The free version is not able to fulfill my need and also it didn’t have API access or integrations.Then I purchased the $19 paid plan, which gave me 2k message credits and unlimited training links, which is a great feature. I started using Chatperk 3 to 4 months ago, and I haven't faced any problems since. I can easily train my chatbot, and its response time is also good.

Very Helpful for My Digital Art Business.
My experience with Chatperk over the past 2 months has been absolutely amazing. I run a small digital art business, and Chatperk has been incredibly helpful in handling customer inquiries.
I have tried many free AI chatbot platforms before, but honestly, none of them were satisfying. Chatperk free plan provides 20 message credits per month, while most other AI chatbot platforms only offer 3 to 5 credits.
Additionally, many features on other platforms are locked, making it difficult to test if the chatbot is suitable for my needs. Since I started using Chatperk, I haven’t faced a single issue.
Now, I am considering upgrading to the Essential Plan, and I am confident it will make my work even easier and more efficient.
