Chatling is hands down one of the best chatbot creation platforms I’ve come across. It’s incredibly customizable and offers powerful features that make it a breeze to build bots tailored to specific needs.

As a WiX partner, I’m thrilled with how seamlessly Chatling integrates with WiX websites - it’s like they were made for each other! Beyond that, it works equally well with most other website platforms, making it a versatile tool for all kinds of projects.

One of the standout aspects of Chatling is its reliability. I’ve implemented it on numerous client websites, and I’m happy to report that the chatbots have never gone down. That’s a major plus for me and my clients, as we rely on these bots to engage with customers 24/7.

Almost no day goes by that I don't use one or more of the multiple chatbots I have installed on numerous client websites.

There is very little or nothing to dislike about Chatling. It does take a while to learn how to use the builder and the tools it provides, However, Chatling support is always available to help you.

Chatling provides a 24/7 support assistant for that operates from my client's websites. Once trained and with the knowledge base built correctly it performs this job fantastically well!

Chatling is a great product! It takes the place of a Frequently Asked Questions Page on a website and does so much more! It is easy to work with and train/customize for each application. Support for Chatling is superior and always very helpful. I highly recommend Chatling!

I have long been searching for such an intuitive tool where I could easily upload several selected links to our website for robot learning. Moreover, the support works fantastically and promptly responds to any query or suggestion for improvement. The robot can be easily trained to provide correct answers, and after a few days of operation and corrected queries from live traffic, it is capable of responding to many queries on its own. I recommend it.

Big fan of this lot! It's a great product, super easy to use, great support (even for their free product)

Chatling is a massive time-saver for our business. We integrated their chatbot on our website recently, which has been a big success.

We receive over 1,500 emails monthly from customers, and it takes much of our time to respond to them. After implementing Chatling, it successfully resolved 45% of the support questions, and we now spend less time on customer support and more on development and marketing.

The team is also quick in answering our questions and releasing new features. We requested Zapier integration recently and they quickly released it in a matter of a few weeks.

The Buddhist community in Malaysia implemented a Buddhist Chatbot (called NORBU) using Chatling as the interface to ChatGPT. Within 2 months from its launch on 22 July 2023, the bot received overwhelming support from the community. And within 3 months, we received requests from Buddhists in Taiwan, Indonesia, Japan and Russia to implement similar chat bots for their respective communities in their countries. Without Chatling, we doubt this could have taken off so quickly. All in all, an excellent CharGPT interface which allows non-IT content developers to use and deploy efficiently.

We signed up for Chatling only a few months ago and quickly experienced what life was like after their chatbot automated our customer service.

What I mean is this, it has freed up so much time answering our customers, that I truly feel like we don't do customer service anymore. In fact, our customer service has improved ten-fold.

The website widget is simple to install and their API helps us answer inbound emails. It has saved us an enormous amount of time, but the level of accuracy and courtesy of the AI responses are better than I and any other human could provide.

One particular feature was a game changer for us: built in fine-tuning! Having the ability to tailor the chatbot's responses to our customers in our tone is hands down one of the best features of their product.

I love Chatling and now consider it to be a central part of our tech stack and business growth.
