Rates are very reasonable, and so far they haven't pulled deceptive tactics like my previous paid AI provider (Chatly.ai) did (cancelled my one-year prepaid unlimited chat plan half way through and switched it to limited credits per month, depsite the contract that I signed and paid for in advance). With these guys (chatday), so far it's been smooth sailing.

Also, oddly enough, the Claude Sonnet on this AI platform is far more intelligent and accurate than the one on the Chatly.ai I was using before, which makes me think that all the other reviews about not being real AI models may be true. The difference is truly astounding, there's no comparison. These guys (chatday) are by far superior!

Awful service. I don't have any active subscription, they try to receive my money every day. There is no option decline this. No way to write to support.

How can I stop this??

Avoid!! Scam company - took £29.99 out of my bank which i did not agree to. Tried to contact customer services and the page says site does not exist! Reported to my bank and awaiting refund

DO NOT USE THIS SITE
Signed up for a 7 day trial for $1.50. Nothing else authorised. Then a monthly subscription amount charged to my account. Took numerous attempts and deep diving to find a contact link. Received email saying amount reversed which also showed as pending on my bank account. Next day the refund had disappeared! In addition for some reason the original pending charge of $49 had increased to $51.72. Have contacted bank but needed to cancel card. Do not trust this company.

It’s a total scam….like everyone says here you think it’s a £1 then they say you can cancel your subscription at any time and you can’t find a way to do this. The links lead nowhere….. total crooks. Do not sign up

I signed up for the $1 trial, but I was automatically charged $29.99 after the trial ended because I forgot to cancel. The subscription renewal was not what I intended.

I requested a refund immediately after the charge, but the refund process was not clear. Users should be more clearly informed about the automatic renewal terms before being charged.

TOTAL SCAM, ILLEGAL AND FRAUDULOUS. The same as everybody here. This website is a fraud and a scam. Avoid at all accounts!! You cannot cancel or do anything about your account, there is absolutely nothing you can do to cancel a subscription (for which you did not sign up!) and they will continuously try to take money from your card for that subscription. I had to block them on my card and terminate my card just to be sure! It's been a week since writing them everyday to close my account and cancel a subscription which I cannot close myself because on my account it says I don't have an active subscription, therefore I cannot cancel it. I receive the same template response email with broken links. It is impossible to cancel anything and they will take your money. Please avoid. I do not understand how this ILLEGAL and FRAUDULOUS platform can exist. It's a total scam. I will write everywhere I can about them, so other people will not ever make an account/"free trial" or anything on this platform.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COUNTS.
It makes it impossible to unsubscribe. In order to cancel they said I needed to log into my account. However, in order to log-in they sent a link to my email, but this link did not work, despite multiple tries and using different browsers. I am now emailing them about this but so far their responses have been to tell me to log-in to cancel, ignoring the fact that I am consistently telling them I am unable to log-in because of a technical issue on their end.
