I am contacting you (as well as Apple.com as your distribution partner, American Express and TrustPilot) through another process) to make you aware of a fraud regarding my former subscription and billing data concerning my subscription of ChatBox AI - Chatbot Assistant.

I made the year-long subscription through Apple on July 17, 2025 and paid CHF 40.00    (see Exhibit 1)
I thought initially that what I subscribed to was Chat GPT, which was obviously incorrect
when the subscription came up for renewal by Apple on July 1, 2026 I immediately
cancelled my subscription                                                      (see Exhibit 2)
Apple then confirmed my cancellation stating that the subscription ends on July 17,2026 (see Exhibit 3)
On July 15, 2026 I was fraudulently charged CHF 47.88 to my CHF Amexco Account
plus another 2.5% foreign exchange transaction charge for a total of CHF 49.05         (see Exhibit4)
based on the transaction details PADDLE.NET Chatbot AI, Lisboa, Portugal is
the unintended beneficiary of this payment                                       (see Exhibit 5)

I request an immediate full repayment of this fraudulent charge of CHF 49.05 to my American Express credit card.

Please confirm immediately.

Buenas tardes mi nombre es Fernando mire lo que yo quería indicarle es que, contraté chatbox por un valor como de 1000 o 2000 o sea como $1000 o $2000 clp - pesos chilenos. Por 5 días entonces yo cuando quise ocuparlo, durante esos días la plataforma no me daba acceso a ocuparlo, entonces, interprete, que había consumido los créditos o algo por el estilo. Porque no es muy clara la forma en que ustedes entregan el servicio porque yo no tenía acceso a poder ocuparlo, Cuando intentaba accesar, creo que es totalmente incoherente de que además de que no pude ocupar, me cobraran, una mensualidad ademas de no entregar, servicio, ni seguimiento, ni información, se dejan caer con la mensualidad, hago un reclamo, y como si fueran dioses, me indican, que no soy digno, para recibir, la devolución del dinero, por su contrapolado, servicio al cliente, que en vez de comprender, y dar solución te cobran, despues de darte, un mal servicio.Exijo me devuelvan, una mensualidad, que nunca ocupe, ni tenia, información de que estaba corriendo, y que si no reclamo, no me entero y me cobran como 25 dolares, lo que me descontaron, y deseo, que me reintegren el dinero, y me saquen de su servicio, incoherente, y arbitrario, espero les quede claro, que cuando ocupen Chat box, hay un alta posibilidad, de que no ocupen y paguen, siendo victimas de Chatbox, por promociones, que no funcionan, pero una vez dentro, te arrastran, con cobros, mensuales, como me ocurrio a mi los servicios porque los descarté por ser un deficiente servicio entregado lo que yo no podía ni ocuparlo entonces la coherencia para mí es que me devuelvan el dinero que se me ha cobrado porque yo no he utilizado el servicio por una mala experiencia ya y porque no es claro el servicio así que requiero y pido de que se reintegre íntegramente lo que se me ha cobrado ya que no es justo, atentamente

Avoid this club! I have exactly the same experience as the other reviewers. I informed my creditcard company about the aggressive practices of this company. Lets see what happens.

Scammers. Keep taking money from my account. I have no subscription with them at all. First tried to take £29.99 and my bank blocked it so they couldn't take that so now they have taken £14.99. Avoid as they have tried several times to take different amounts from my account over the last month.

Charged me 29.99 after a 5 day trial. When contacted they told me I had an option to opt out, but this was far from obvious. I saw the pending payment but it was listed as "cancelled" so I assumed the trial would expire. If you check their website finding account subscription information is hard. Deliberately buried in my view. Customer Service have so far been no help whatsoever. Avoid these cowboys!!!
