I honestly can’t thank Charwin enough. The company and two individuals in particular, Rob and Tom, have been absolute life changers throughout the whole process.

They worked tirelessly to find a lender and help get my loan finalised. Even when one lender pulled out at the very last minute, they were incredibly reassuring and did everything they could to present my case to another lender. Thanks to their hard work and determination, everything was pushed through and finalised in no time.

What could have been an extremely stressful situation was made so much easier thanks to their support, communication and reassurance throughout.

I cannot recommend James Bruzos highly enough. He has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole mortgage process.

Unfortunately, the conveyancing side of things was extremely frustrating, with slow responses, unclear instructions and me constantly having to chase for information. James was the complete opposite. He was always responsive, proactive and happy to help, even when the issues weren’t really his responsibility to resolve.

Whenever I was struggling to get answers from the conveyancers, James stepped in, explained what was happening, chased things where he could and helped keep everything moving towards completion.

His communication and customer service have been excellent from start to finish, and I genuinely felt that he cared about getting everything sorted for me. He made a stressful process considerably easier.

Awful company, made us wait to say no. In which we had to ring them to find out why was taking so long. This is a company that gets your hopes up and chopes you down at last minute.
