Charmoo customer service worked with me to resolve an issue I had with my glasses. They were more than fair in how the situation was resolved. Their concern that I was satisfied was really made clear in our communication, which was prompt and very friendly in nature. I most certainly
will continue to purchase my glasses from Charmoo.

My experience got even better, not only are this the most stylish glasses I have in my collection. Love the blue lens for the computer, comfortable and light weight . This company has VERY reasonable rates. I had them make the vintage frames with progressive RX. They came today and the product looks high quality and the progressive RX with add on readers were perfect. Cost was less than 1/2 what lenscrafters wanted. Manufacturing and shipping takes about 3 weeks but if you want a selection not offered by other then Carmoo.com is the place to go. Thanks for a good job.

These glasses worked out better than I expected! They were great for driving and sightseeing on my trip to Italy. They allowed me to see the road and my dashboard/maps. The photochromic lenses made it so I didn't have to swap between glasses and sunglasses all the time.

5 stars for the customer service, it was seriously great. They responded quickly and sorted out my invoices for me.

The Product I received were as advertised and service has been wonderful.

Do not order from Charmoo unless you know you will absolutely love the frames. I ordered non prescription lenses and 2 frames. I did not like the fit or quality and reached out to get a return label to send them back. They sent me a mailing address and said that the return postage was my responsibility. I went to UPS and they want $256 for shipping 2 frames back to them in China. I am in Iowa btw.

These glasses are a game changer. I bought them because I’ve seen a lot of advertisements for these very special glasses and a few that I bought didn’t do anything they promised. The Charmoo does everything it promised. I can see both for reading and distance, and the glasses change color inside and outdoors. Moreover, I needed to speak with customer service and every time they responded immediately with fabulous advice. Thank you so much Charmoo for your wonderful service and the product. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for new glasses at a reasonable price. I almost forgot to mention these glasses are very fashionable. So on a scale of one to 10 these glasses as far as I’m concerned are 100.

I am very happy with my Sinjin glasses purchased through Charmoo. They have great stylish high quality frames not seen on other sites. They were the only ones who could manufacture a > -10.00 lenses with 1.74 high index. I had a small issue when they arrived. I took a few pictures and sent an email to customer service. They replied almost instantly and offered to simply replace with a new pair. The replacements are perfect. The glasses have excellent optics. The shipping times are accurate on the website and a little long since they are from overseas but worth the wait. There is excellent tracking information. I would high recommend Charmoo and plan to purchase from them in the future.

They worked with me to expedite the shipping.

Edit: I made this review as they said if I do, I'd get expedited service for no extra cost. Now, I'm not sure if this order was actually expedited, but I informed them I needed them by Sept 5th and it is now Sept 9th and I've not received my glasses. As such, I've downgraded my rated from 5 stars to 3 but it could go lower as I've still not received them.

They have made it real easy to order glasses. A great section of frames to choose.
