Efficient, quick delivery, recommended for buying your Chamilia beads!

very efficient and helpful and customer focused

Fantastic products, prompt and friendly service when contacting by email and speedy delivery of goods..... my chamilia charms came in individual boxes wrapped in tissue with spare tissue for re-wrapping if giving as gifts.....so professional !!! I'll be shopping with yourchamilia.com again !

I have purchased this for my daughter for Christmas and when it arrived I couldn't believe how gorgeous it was!!

No doubt I will be getting more items from you for her in the future....

really recommend you check this site out, really good range of charms to choose from and great value, you will find the site easy to get round and everything works really well.

Not only did we get everything we were looking for, we received it super quick and without any fuss whatsoever. Love the little boxes the beads came in, you don't get that on the high st. Will be coming to Your Chamilia every time in the future.

been very reliable on all orders with no problems

I honestly could not believe how quickly my bead came. I ordered it late in the afternoon and it came the next day, all neatly packaged in it's own little box. I have always purchased beads from stores, but have found they do not always have a full selection, but now I will definately be ordering them from here.

I just found the whole shopping experience easy from selecting what I wanted to checking out and delivery.

Very happy with the service

Web site easy to navigate, ordering very straightforward, payment options very good and delivery excellent. Would definitely recommend Chamilia.

The two purchases that I have made recently are very nice, and the eventual recipient was well pleased with them. The sheer number of different pieces available is awesome covering many aspects of jewellery. My purchases arrived very quickly thanks to the fact that Royal Mail was used as opposed to a courier service.
For myself, the only downside was the length of time it took to get a refund for a returned item, even though both Your Chamilia and PayPal were in full agreement that a refund was in fact due from the very start.
I am not deterred by this fact as the reasons for a return are so few as to be negligible.
This new and unique product will I am sure prove to be very successful.

Bought 4 beautiful charms for myself as a treat they were delivered when they said they would and they are lovely

I was unfamiliar with Chamelia and was buying a gift for a friend. This site had the best selection I found, I was confident that I was buying the genuine article and it was easy to choose and purchase. Delivery was within 48 hours.

I had wanted this particular necklace for some time and when I saw it on the website, my husband was persuaded that this was the ideal way for him to get me exactly what I wanted without having to traipse around the shops. It was ordered on the Friday and was delivered on the following Monday.
