The profile customization is a bit limited, and i wish there were more filtering options to narrow down matches.

You can set a feature in the profile descriptions, so that the ladies can know me well before the actual contact, which can increase the successful chance. You can think about it.

I understand that one has to pay for the service, but if the prices ere a bit more reasonable and e could chat a little longer you may get more from it, It is very costly to maintain communication here. Or you can offer a package of one-month.

Obvious scam. It has "users" contacting you with only ONE reason...to get you to elevate account and spend money

When a client has free chat voucher and tries to chat with a new contact the reminder remark has been displayed every time/every condition. this is wonderful for me use the vouchers. keep up.

The women in chat ask simple questions very often for which a simple answer can be in response. With a simple response, often just a yes or no, it could lead to a reason for further communication. For this reason can offer a package of a week, a month to cover all these communications

The user experience on CharmDate is satisfactory, accomplishing its purpose but missing the refinement and extra features that could elevate it about the competition.

It serves as a decent dating site, but there are areas for improvement. The notification system is sometime glitchy, sending alerts at odd times or not at all. The mobile site responsiveness could also be better optimized for smoother navigation on smartphones. For years I can't say I don't like it otherwise I wouldn't still be here but I can't find anything special either.

CharmDate is adequate for dating, but the user interface could be more intuitive. Sometimes it's hard to find the settings I need.

The design of the site is okay but nothing special. It functions well enough but doesn’t stand out compared to other dating sites I’ve used.

It is Ok for having fun, randomly chatting but since the day I signed up I began to receive lots of emails weekly or daily I am not sure. I checked some of the potential matches, not my type. I want more accurate matching.

Had an issue with my account setup, and customer service was quick to respond. They were very helpful and resolved my problem in no time. It's refreshing to see such proactive support on a dating site.

This site is declaring that the chat is ,but they are charging for 1 credit without any warning when the lady enabled video for chat . This is illegal, unethical and not fair.

The site is not bad however the APP still needs to be improved. It is not possible that every time I use my pc to log in. Most time APP is more of use. But I think some features are missing. or I can't find them, in the APP

It is the biggest scam imaginable! The only way to chat or send emails is to buy credits which are incredibly expensive and are used very quickly. In fact, on multiple occasions, my contact showed that she was online, so I attempted to chat. After a few exchanges, I realized I was wasting my money chatting with an AI bot. This made me furious! My guess is that many of the women on the site get paid to engage with men and encourage many in long expensive chats. They constantly send pictures and videos that are expensive to view, and always want you to call them or use the video chat feature that ends up costing hundreds of dollars. Do not waste your time or money. If I could report them to authorities as a huge scam site, I would; however, since the site is in Hong Kong, I’m not sure this will be possible.

I do think that thesite needs to be improved in terms of its speed. I have often found it to lag a little in loading screens and pop-ups.
