Charm Bear Arvostelua 

I have now bought 3 separate disc necklaces from Charm Bear. Each one beautiful. Any issues I’ve had, have been resolved straight away with no hesitation. The best customer service and I really do love their disc necklaces!!!

Love you’re website & products, i have a suggestion? I think if you added dos & cat charms a well as the kid ones so “this mummy/human belongs to” and a doggy with a name. I’d buy them for all my doggy-mum friends as a key ring! Please let me know if you would start to do this?

I placed an order with Charm Bear for a personalised necklace & after a few weeks it hadn’t arrived. I contacted them & after exchanging a couple of emails they agreed to send me a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly and is absolutely perfect. Things don’t always go to plan but they were very polite and efficient at resolving the issue.

I required some support around an order so used the Facebook page and had really quick polite responses, charm bear were so happy to complete my order with what I wanted due to it not being a normal purchase due to it being a sensitive matter, I can’t recommend them enough! Happy with the customer service and even more so my order! X

So chuffed with my initial and date necklace! Paid the addition for sterling silver and I’m in love! Perfect gift to myself after the birth of my gorgeous son! Quick delivery, too! Would highly recommend :)
