I was so disappointed wth the service and when my purchase arrived it was so

Most pieces turned early November. I was super excited and spent money I didn't really have . Only to be disappointed.

Complete junk ! They are not handmade! Everything is AI generated and comes from China.

Complete scam. Ordered items look nothing like the ad and all from China definitely not hand made. I complained tried to get money back and return goods and was told I would have to pay for them to return to Belgium but were delivered from an industrial estate in London via Royal Mail.. after coming from China as per the tracking info. Then said they would refund me but had system errors and haven't hear from them since end of December 2025. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I purchased a cute pair of earrings as a gift for my daughter and she loved them! The quality seems great for a reasonable price. I would recommend giving this company a try.

Total scam and agree with all the other comments. They've just got images of jewellery on their website and then they try and replicate the image. I don't even believe it's a mother and daughter company but interestingly there's another mother and daughter company popping up on Instagram that have the same imagery as C&G! Although they have confirmed that they will refund my money, their team is having technical difficulties since 3 December! Really. Total rip off but I'm determined to get my refund.

Never ever use this fake website. There are multiple versions of the same type. But they are all AI generated, selling cheap jewellery you can get from Temu. Yes honestly compare the images they both use in their descriptions Please don’t buy from them it is poor quality crap. They advertise limited sizes available, which coincidentally are the same sizes available on Temu. These then take over two weeks to come with very limited contact from them. The contact you do receive is we are putting the finishing touches to and polishing your item. That’s strange as there are
Limited sizes available due to being ex stock with closing down issues. Just avoid avoid avoid you will only be disappointed. Be aware of other websites doing the exact same thing.

These rings turned to a tarnished pink color within only a few days of wearing them (no I didn’t shower with them or even sleep in them) Also, one of the stones fell out. Not a good purchase at all.

This company is a total sham. They are unresponsive to emails, regarding returns. I tried to return rings pictured on Instagram and states they have a great return policy,. They delay answers and string you along with phony questions, and then never issue a refund or credit. They are the worst I have dealt with online.

I communicated that I had inadvertently ordered two rings, vs one but I never had a reply back as to how to get one of these rings back to them and a credit or refund.

Scam, just run.

This is clearly mass produced lower quality jewelry and not a mother-daughter small business. Disappointing.
