Great information to make body recomposition happen. Also with the mindset when things don’t go as planned. The weekly calls for information and the community of others that are going through the program has been a great resource.

This is more than a diet
This is more than a diet. I’ve was stuck trying to work out my macros for so long as my body had changed… I was simply wasting time. I could have been where I am now years ago. So if you need a push, here it is! I encourage you to give this program a try. I’m so glad I did. You get so much out of it, it’s a community, and it works. The work out programs are great and so are the trainers you get to work with. CJ fitness has a group of dedicated trainers who really care about you. I’m so happy and strong. I highly recommend this program!

Sceptical about on line training at…
Sceptical about on line training at first as I’ve always had one to one PT programmes. The workout programmes have been great - challenging and varied and the on line tools have been excellent. My trainer Jade is very responsive and motivating and the continuous check ins and group calls all help to create a personal and motivating experience. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing program! It’s a lifestyle change not a diet. The program is tailored specifically for you and easy to follow. The coaches are amazing, supportive and very knowledgeable. The weekly zoom calls are very informative and cover relatable topics. Highly recommended the program! It will change your life.

Overall fantastic experience
Overall fantastic experience. The coaching team are all extremely helpful and I've achieve far greater results than I expected to start with! The biggest ones coming from my mental shift. My favourite part of the programme are the education calls the coaches do weekly. Would highly recommend.
