Charles Taylor Trading Arvostelua

Products we purchased 2years ago have been good,2 seater bench, 2 chairs with corner tables and small coffee type table. They now need maintenance, retreating with wood treatment, ordered from CT,delivered as promised and looks good,
Problem is with container, it has a flimsy silicone pull up spout that wouldn't pull up as per directions, I could tell it was an accident waiting to happen!! Tried pouring out but due to no pouring spout, it went everywhere including splashing onto my shirt. Got my pliers out and managed to pull the spout out, decanted into an old plastic screen wash bottle and threw the can away. Please take this as constructive feedback.

Excellent courier, great text communication and very flexible. Left in a safe place as I was out

Used before this was my 2nd large delivery. Simon both times has been super friendly nothing is too much effort and delivery has been placed exactly where I've needed it each time. My Planter was also assembled on site. Furniture quality I've been very impressed with and wouldn't hesitate to place a 3rd order again soon. Thanks again to you all.

Great service. I received a message from Simon the day before delivery telling me what time to expect him. He arrived on time and assembled the bench planter promptly. He was cheery and polite. The planter is exactly as described.

Great product price and free delivery too
I’ve used this company once before and will do again

We had a brilliant delivery driver named ROB very polite ,knew his stuff checked everything before he left .Did worry that it's was a big delivery fir one person but he took it in his stride .Furniture looks good in situ glad we stopped with seller on llandudno pier highly recommend this company 👌 to ROB

This review captures the excellent delivery service I received from Robert.
Communication throughout the process was fantastic. Our cottage isn’t the easiest place to find and get to. This was no problem for Robert who expertly navigated his Luton Van up to our cottage to ensure our delivery arrived to the door.
All in all an amazing delivery experience which for me is my main concern when buying bulky items delivered to the door!
The furniture looks pretty good to!

Simon delivered my patio set on time and was very polite.
Great communication prior to delivery, too.
Would recommend this company for their service and product value.

The item was delivered on time and the chair was of a really high standard. We are very pleased with the item.

Though I purchased in March, I had not had delivery by the end of April. The company then told me that they only deliver to my destination every two months and so after some disappointment I had to cancel my order. I am sure the product is good but the website needs to be clearer on delivery availability

Excellent service
I bought a table, 2 benches and 2 chairs. I was kept informed of the delivery date and received a txt the day before delivery given a time. Simon, our delivery driver, turned up on time and quickly installed the furniture in my back garden. From the order to installation, everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Delighted.
I am absolutely delighted with my 3 seater swing seat. Quality wood very sturdy well built and extremely comfortable and relaxing.
Kept informed re delivery date. Arrived day and time advised.
Chris who delivered and built the seat very quickly put it together, an added bonus as most things come flat packed, something a lot of people struggle with. Would highly recommend and would definitely purchase from Charles Taylor again

Came home from work to find my delivery set up and ready to go
Wonderful service thank you

Bench is looking good.
Simon was efficient & courteous.

Really happy with my garden furniture which arrived this morning, Simon was a gentleman - super friendly and had everything unloaded and assembled in no time.

Delivery on time love my new garden furniture thankyou so much driver was great 👍

Items arrived on time and in fantastic condition. Really pleased with how the chairs (twin companion seat set) are finished. The cushions are very comfy, the chairs are also very comfy without the cushion which is an added bonus!

Simon, who delivered the items, is great! Very friendly and organised.

I would order from this company again.

Lovely furniture- well made and very comfortable. Simon delivered it promptly and was very personable. Completely satisfied

Excellent value for money, the garden furniture is really well made and Simon the delivery driver was great, carried the furniture around the back of the house and assembled it where we wanted it, nothing was to much trouble, nice to see someone happy in his work. Would highly recommend Charles Taylor Trading garden furniture.
