Excellent fuss free service provided and had my payment within 24hrs . Can’t recommend enough .

Effortless experience!
Dylan and Lucy were both great, this is the second vehicle they've funded for me in as many months. Both have gone seamlessly!

Great service. Professional, attentive and efficient.

Another fantastic experience with Charles & Dean Finance!

A huge thank you to Jack Phillips, who once again went above and beyond to help us secure another vehicle. Jack was brilliant throughout the whole process – professional, knowledgeable, persistent and always available whenever we had a question or needed reassurance. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he worked incredibly hard to get everything over the line for us.

Having worked with Jack before, we already had confidence in him, and once again he delivered. We genuinely appreciate all the effort he put in and will definitely be coming back to him for any future vehicles or refinancing.

I'd also like to give a special mention to Gracie Davidson for all her help and assistance with the documentation and final stages of the finance. She kept us updated and made sure everything was organised and submitted smoothly for payout.

It's been a pleasure dealing with Charles & Dean again. Excellent service from start to finish and it's great having people you know you can rely on.

Thank you Jack, Gracie and the Charles & Dean team. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended – 5 stars!

Fantastic service, great communication and the important bit, good terms. Highly competitive. Thank you.

Really helpful and friendly, go above and beyond to find the right deal. Would recommend to everyone.

Wouldn’t use again, they sorted me a high end car, I reported to them within 7 days the car was leaking from the room, I was wet through, I reported the window wouldn’t stay up, they said to take it back so I did. The garage had the car for a few months. I had it back again still leaking and more faults. They had the car back again for a year. I have done nothing but complain all the way and asked for my money back. The car now needs a new engine at £36k. Charles and dean don’t want to know. They didn’t help me, as soon as they had my money I got fobbed off. I reported it straight away and they should have helped me get my money back. I waited and waited for a response, for help, for a call. Nothing. Wouldn’t use again and don’t recommend very sad and a lot of money out of pocket

Excellent service throughout from Nicola. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with motor industry insight.
Swift and informative messaging, rapid illustrations and a supportive but never pressurised approach. Best service I've ever had in the sector.
Rates far better than those through dealer network.
Whole process was smooth, painless and efficient. I recommend them unreservedly.

Jack was very helpful and patient while I chose the right vehicle, he very quickly give me options and came back with monthly payments on each of the cars and didn’t push me to make any decisions…
Very pleased the way it went and happy to recommend…

I would thoroughly recommend Charles & Dean, fantastic, friendly one to one service, the whole process happened really quickly and the rates were so much better than those offered by the garage for my car finance.

I’m usually quite wary about using a company I haven’t heard of before but I’m so glad we did.

Special thanks to Oliver and Olivia, we will definitely use Charles & Dean again.

Outstanding customer service, all questions answered. Great team!

The communication was excellent, and the process was so quick.

I very rarely leave reviews due to my busy lifestyle of running a business, working a full time job and raising a little boy but I genuinely feel the need to share what an excellent service Olivia and the team gave me. The initial quotes for my new car were sent over very quickly and they helped me through everything step by step. Nothing was too much work for them and they made the experience seamless, easy and pleasant. I will 100% be returning in the future and also recommending any friends/family.

I’ve used Charles & Dean on a couple of occasions, Tim has been absolutely fantastic in finding us the correct finance.
I never felt pushed into anything and he was straight up front all the way, he answered any of my questions (there was plenty of them) as honest as he could.
I look forward to working with them in the future.
Thanks again Tim and I’d highly recommend Charles & Dean.

This is the second time I’ve used Charles and Dean, and once again the process was seamless from start to finish. Alex and Chloe went above and beyond to get the deal turned around quickly, keeping me updated at every stage and made the whole process straightforward and efficient.
I will be using them again and would definitely recommend their services.

Great service, quick and easy. Pay out was within 24hrs of the paperwork being signed. Felix and Gracie were as efficient and organised as usual.

I would like to give a special mention to Will Clark, Gracie Davidson, and Felix Rouch. All three have been incredibly nice, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. They were always friendly, patient, and willing to help whenever I had any questions.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service from all three of them. Thank you, Will, Gracie, and Felix, for making the whole experience so positive. Highly recommended!

3rd time of using you, that should tell a story!
The team were great acted quickly got everything in place forms sent out and returned, slight hiccup, but we still got to drawdown on time so our new Wheelchair accessible vehicle can be delivered Monday so we can carry on taking the people of Swale out and about when they’re confined to a wheelchair. A much needed service that just isn’t supplied by taxi services locally!
