I wish there was a zero star for both Chapter London and Debhenams, order outstanding and no communications. £85 is a lot of money to lose, I will escalate this to Ombudsman, please save yourself the stress and stay away from Chapter london.

Terrible communication. Items did not arrive on time and they are completely negligent in everything they do.

I ordered a jumpsuit on the 9th Dec, never arrived, no response to emails, be aware, fortunately I paid via PayPal so have opened a case, not responding to PayPal messages either.

I bought something via Debenhams and returned it and nearly 4 weeks later still waiting for my refund. I've emailed several times as well as escalated via Debenhams, with no response. They've basically stolen from me.

I ordered a velvet blouse on 13/09/2024 and I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I have emailed 3 times and so far no response to my emails. I am very disappointed with the lack of response and customer service. Although Chapter seems to have had good reviews in the past since 2023 the customer reviews have been very poor. Stay far away from this company. They take your order, your money but you won’t get the goods. This is definitely the worse service ever.

Ordered a Chapter London Jumpsuit via Wolf & Badger. Didnt turn up when stated, no communication from them. Eventually get an email to say its delayed but nothing else. Wolf & Badger were also chasing Chapter and not getting a response. I requested to cancel the order and surprise surprise they then decided to ship it, tough once it arrives it will be going straight back to them the service is awful they dont deserve my money.

Wolf & Badger were very helpful and gave good customer service I believe the issue was with the brand Chapter

I ordered and paid for a shirt for a Christmas Present and am still awaiting its arrival. Have sent several emails and had no response so have paid for something that I haven’t received not a very good Customer Service.

Great item. Took a little time to arrive but worth it in the end.

Edit to say- the store contacted me to let me know the website wasn’t accurate and they did offer refunds on sale items. Their communication was prompt and pleasant throughout and a refund was received on return of goods. Fab customer service. Thank you!

Chapter and Verse is fantastic! The service is always super helpful and personal. The delivery was really quick too and free! I simply can’t fault them. Great local business that you can trust will always give you top quality product and service ☺️
