Chantecaille Arvostelua 5

I spent about £350 on my first order from Chantecaille, and the delivery has been a mess. DPD marked my parcel “out for delivery” for few days, but no one ever came and no attempt was made. The “missed you” status is simply false.

I contacted Chantecaille, but the initial response just repeated the courier’s incorrect updates and didn’t provide a real solution. This is extremely disappointing. I expected much better service and support, especially for such an expensive order.

At the moment, I have no product, no solution, and no clear update. Not a good experience at all.

I have searched for a Chantecaille lipstick colour since I bought my first one at Space NK where my granddaughter worked. She recommended their products to me. I adored their Rubelitte lipstick colour and was so disappointed to be told it had discontinued. Google search didn’t come up with the colour so I went on the Chantecaille site and found a colour which I thought looked very similar but it was a different name. I ordered it and the smile on my face when opened it was beaming! It was MY BEAUTUFUL COLOUR I loved. I was beyond happy. I text my Granddaughter who is on holiday in Menorca and said it’s arrived and it’s my colour. Woohoo! Came her reply. Love it, love it. The colour Adventure. Thank you Chantecaille. ❤️

Absolutely appalling service from Chantecaille, products weren’t fit for purpose, one of them was 2 years old, spent over £220 & had to send back via Royal Mail tracked returns, at my own expense..
Contacted Jennifer on multiple occasions regarding my refund, with no resolution after over a month of waiting!
For a ‘luxury brand’??? I’m left in no doubt that I will never purchase from Chantecaille again, not even in store.
This has disgusted me & I think they should be held accountable for this disgrace of a customer services.

05 Dec DPD failed to deliver my order number 47730, & emailed me to tell me they had returned the order to Chantecaille. But so far I have not received a refund from Chantecaille, nor have Chantecaille responded AT ALL to the several emails & messages via their website I have sent them asking what is happening about orde 47730 . Very poor service so far. Chantecaille - please get in touch with me & let me know what i shappening with this return & my refund

This is terrible. I have written by email and a link five times. No one will respond. A £200 face mask sent to me I am giving for a gift. Never arrived and I have been charged. I am desperate and worried. No one will reply. I am lost what to now do.
