Ordered two hardy geraniums. One arrived with a lot of yellowing lower leaves which have now spread through the plant. Contacted Champion who have now written back to say it's normal with that cultiva... Näytä lisää

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, the plants arrived wilted, and most were dead—except for two—so I threw them in the trash. Furthermore, the box itself was damaged. I do not recommend this at all.

Really disappointing to see this, we had an email conversation where the outcome was left that the customer had thrown the plants away and would not send photos to show the quality of them - only provided photos of a damaged box, I offered a full refund once photos of damaged or poor plants had been received but this was declined as the customer was ‘too busy’. Sad to see a 1 star review on our small family business trust pilot page, I packed the order myself. Customer also complained about delayed dispatch and threatened to cancel order before looking at our dispatch times - which we were well ahead of.

I’m still happy to refund if photos can be provided.

FRESH AS A DAISY

The quality of the plants upon arrival was EXCELLENT; it was as if I had bought them home straight from my local garden centre.
The packaging and delivery were also very good.
I am a VERY HAPPY customer.

Extremely pleased with my cannas I ordered. The communication was great which meant I knew when they would arrive. They were very well packaged and were beautiful plants I’m very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again Thankyou

Postage refunded

I made two separate orders closely spaced with postage on each. They combined the orders and refunded one postage without asking. Very impressed
