Working with Chamber Media immediately started off as a great experience and has continued to be one of the best choices we made in 2024 for our brand. I am a creative director at a 20 person CPG company working in the beverage space and we used Chamber Media to create a top of funnel "mini anchor" recently. The video Chamber created was done efficiently and really surpassed our expectations. The team did a great job balancing entertainment value AND our key sales message to tell our product story in a memorable way. The Chamber team they assigned us was well-rounded to support our business goals, we got to work directly with creatives, account strategists, and leadership. They also prepared a strategic 2025 planning session with the entire team to ensure we are aligned for next year and we are looking forward to working with them on our ongoing, strategic video needs. Their entire team is genuine, talented, and incredibly smart and strategic. We have gotten so much value from working with them all.

I used Chamber Media on a few mid-sized projects in the CPG/food space and their work was great. Their biggest strengths are value, speed, and flexibility. I got the video content fast and it looked just as polished as some of the other agencies we had compared them to in LA, Utah, and Chicago. I will say, the onboarding process was a little confusing (figuring out what they needed from me and ironing out the content strategy, etc.) but once we had a brief locked it was smooth sailing. We picked a concept quickly and they had final vids to us in just a few weeks.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever ever worked with A lot of promises, but when it comes to the field, they don’t care they even made me spend money on ads without even checking that the leads come to me and then when I complained, they told me that if you’d like you can leave just give us 30 days instead of trying to tell me that things will get better I’ve never experienced such a bad service from a company that charges such a premium price and definitely when it came to the marketing perspective, they were terrible results so not only did they give me bad service but also the marketing was terrible. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere

I had a terrible experience with Chamber Media and here’s why. Their reps told me that they can run our ads without needing the special ads category because they had contacts at Meta. I signed up, just to find out that a month or so later we could not run any ads without doing the special ads category. The ones that we got approved would be taken down sometime after. As a result, we had to go back to doing what we were already doing. I’m not going to pay a $5k/monthly fee to a company to do what we can do ourselves. Then, the worst part is when I went to cancel, they told me that there was a $10,000 cancellation fee that I had no clue about. Cancellation fees should be a thing in the past, as things can happen to anyone cancellation fees at that price point can definitely be seen as predatory. If you are a small business, thinking of hiring this company, I highly recommend against it. I would wait until you are making at least $100,000 in net profit every single month before even considering this company.

I hired Chamber media for 3 months to create videos for my company. First two months were pretty good and the content they created was solid and usable. Customer service needs some major improvement in terms of communication to when videos will be competed. The delivery date just kept pushing back and there was no communication from them unless I reached out and then it was a day or two before I would receive a response. The Last month was horrible. Customer service got worse and the final videos are garbage and not usable! Chamber media doesn’t care that they threw together crap videos as they make you pay in advance for each month. This was a red flag but I hoped it wouldn’t come back to bite me. Well it did. I would not recommend using them! We don’t be doing any future business with them.

Had the worst experience with Chamber Media. My startup spent £20k+ with them to produce a series of videos and manage our facebook ad buying…. But the whole process was a joke! They are unprofessional, didn’t listen our brief, didn’t follow our brand guidelines and provided ameature ad buying. In addition to falsely advertising the type of videos we’d receive for the packages we purchased. This resulted in them producing a series of videos that were unusable as they don’t represent our brand or talk to our target audience. They also claim to provide ‘world class ad buying’, yet they took our Facebook return on ad spend (ROAS) from 2.1 to 0.66. The whole experience has been detrimental to our small startup and led us to seek legal action, but they have chosen to ignore our Solicitors emails and letters. Avoid at all costs!!
